Great stay
This property was a great stay for extended (multi generational) family. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the balcony. The walk to the beach was easy to navigate. Children enjoyed the pool, although the pool could use a bit more shade. The elevator opening right to our condo was a first time experience for us but was positive. The condo was well supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, etc.

Nice place to stay!
This property was everything we could have expected. I rated a 4 for the check-in process only because of a snag with the elevator, and the communications about that were a bit slow, and in the end it was just a minor inconvenience.Everything else was wonderful!

Nightmare at Tybee
We arrived after an unexpected ER visit in Tennesee, it was very confusing as our GPS took us to the address on our contract was the Desoto Hotel.Walking in the room I started taking pictures; filthy rugs, mold all over ceilings and several areas on the rug.Next day 8 am hammering on the roof began. I called management as screws were coming down on our deck then came the tarp under covering. The wonderful gentleman, Timm took pictures and cleans up.Our tv did not work in bedroom and Timm went out got a new box and fixed that.When we called management agent, she lied and told me they did not know they were working on the roof and she blamed the owner and the HOA for not telling her. VRBO was surprised when we sent pictures of mold screws, tarp, horrifically stained carpet.

Location location location
Amazing location: to the beach, to shops and food. Wake up and watch the ocean! Cannot be beat.
Cold AC: Come back inside from a hot day walking and felt refreshed.
Washer and dryer: I know what machines I will be buying for our family next!
Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.
Plenty of beds for the six of us.
Great television options.
Easy communication to the host. Very easy.
Dishwasher was great.
Beds were comfy.
Parking was safe and easy.
Recommendation: bring beach towels and chairs.
We will come back.

Beautiful view and location
The rooms were very big and accommodating. Master bath was huge. The view from the balcony was great with easy access to beach and pool. Tybee Island itself was peaceful and quiet.

SCAD Side Walk Arts Festival weekend
Very nice unit. Location was great. Great Beach access and the unit was clean and well stocked with towels, food prep ingredients, and all utensils pots/pans etc. We were traveling with a Sr. Citizen 80+ with mobility issues. It was great to have everything on one floor with a spectacular ocean view. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The only areas for improvement would be the television in double bedroom would only play one channel and the toilet heights were very low (not chair height (17+ inches seat to floor). Low toilets can be an accessibility impediment for people who have limited mobility or no use of legs. Although we asked, we never received confirmation from the host that the elevator was in working order prior to our trip. Despite these issues we would stay there again.
