Welcome to the Wandering Mermaid. Check out the new pool and outdoor sitting area with fire pit. The kitchen has white granite counter tops with white/blue cabinets. The dining area features a large farm house table that can seat 10 people. The living room continues the coastal vibe with 2 large couches and an oversized chair. The master bedroom is an oasis with king bed, 13 ft ceilings and a quite seating area. The master bedroom closet is so large we stuck a full size bed in there if needed for extra guest. The kids room upstairs is adjacent to the master bedroom with full bed with twin over. The second king bedroom and queen bedroom are located on main floor and share a bathroom. Check out video with drone footing to get a birds eye view of the area. There are several bikes available for guest use along with gas and charcoal grill. The grilling area downstairs has a sectional sofa and chair with a 6 person table along with a full outdoor bath. We provide a starter kit of soaps, shampoos and paper products along with filters and coffee for a standard coffee pot. There is also a keurig. There is an IGA grocery on Tybee that is a short walk or bicycle ride from the house if you need additional supplies. Additional charge of $50 per night to heat pool October thru April 1st. It is beachfront on the Northend of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from “down front” aka the south end of the island and Tybrisa Street. Around the corner you’ll find a beach front pool, kiddie pool and plenty of lounge seating. Next to the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. Also, the grounds include tennis courts, playground, picnic tables and grills.The condo is completely furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, four-burner stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, and all essential cooking ware (pots, pans, etc. ) Also, it includes all dish and flat ware (utensils, plates, glasses). Don’t worry about bringing the bulky beach gear that crowds up your trunk - we have a wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach toys and towels waiting for you here!The unit is on the 3rd floor. We have an elevator, however, the building is up on stilts about 6 feet, so there are some steps to get up the elevator. There is a ramp on the front west side of the building in case you need that instead of taking the steps to the elevator.The main bedroom has queen size bed and has a very comfortable mattress. It has a large closet with plenty of room for your luggage and clothes.The bunk beds are such a fun experience for kids. It includes a ladder and a safety bar to prevent falls. The doorway in the hall and direct bathroom access from the master allow parents to put the little ones to bed and be able to access the rest of the condo without disturbing the little ones!The living room has a comfortable sofa, with a 50 inch flat screen HD-TV that includes full cable and Roku TV for streaming.The laundry facilities are at the end of the complex breezeway, the room to the right. The washers & dryers are coin operated and it costs approximately $3.50 to wash & dry a load. They don't have a coin machine, so if you plan to do laundry be sure to bring plenty of quarters.The lighthouse and Jaycee Park are just a 10-minute walk away. The park has scenic streams with turtles, basketball court, softball field, playground, disc golf course, picnic tables and grills. The bedroom accommodates a queen size Sleep Number bed with adjustable firmness mattress. A spacious closet with shelves, suitcase stand and coat racks provide plenty of space for clothing and personal items. The screened porch has two comfortable red rocking chairs that are just right for a relaxing finish to your day in the sun. An energy efficient, ultra quiet Mitsubishi heat pump AC/heat unit offers plenty of heat during cold months and plenty of cold air conditioning in the summer. Ceiling fans inside and on the porch gently move the air as well. This apartment is just right for a couple or a couple with a small child or two adults and a close friend who doesn't mind sleeping on the sleeper sofa.
