This home is pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard and offers partial views of the Savannah River channel and the Cockspur Lighthouse at Fort Pulaski from the roof top viewing deck. Savannah River side beach access is just 700’ away. Pets are allowed at many places on Tybee Island, but are not allowed on the beach at any time all year.The main attraction for Villa Palms home is your private one of a kind 16 x 36’ large gunite swimming pool with in pool seating at the swim up bar. You are the only one who has access to this pool, it is private to you when you rent this property. The pool has optional propane gas pool heater available that can heat this large pool up 1.5 deg F/hr. Guest pay for amount used, $500 Deposit if heat desired.This is luxury that your children and family will definitely enjoy. The pool area is completely fenced with a private 6’ high fence and beautiful large travertine tile deck. 12 Sun loungers and a picnic table with umbrella for lounging. Enjoy sitting at one of the 4 pool side seats along the quartz bar top while you watch the 60” flat cable TV screen inside the bar area. The main entry level to this home is an open floor plan of the large living area and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a double built in oven, large refrigerator, cooking range, microwave and dishwasher. The living area includes a large 60” flat screen TV, 2 couches, 1 queen size sleeper sofa and chairs. The dining table seats 8 and 4 additional seats at the kitchen granite island preparation area.One of the master bedrooms is at the back of this entry floor level with a private bathroom including walk in shower and garden tub and private balcony.
