The hotel itself it’s nice, the staff also kind. The position is not so good for people who want to visit Turin as tourists.

Everything is great. I checked in late night. Andreas is very kind and supported reception.

The staff in the restaurant are friendly. The dishes are delicious too. There is no restaurant or supermarket in the area where the 🏨 is. If you arrive in the hotel late, you should prepare some food in advance.

Very helpful and welcoming stuff , a bit far away from the city center even though the tram stop it’s very close to the hotel and will take you straight to the center .

The hotel is good overall, with many breakfast options and a small gym. The small swimming pool outside can only be used in summer. It is quite clean.

The location of the hotel is not close to the Egyptian Museum as written, it is still a bit far away. It takes 15-18 minutes to take a taxi from the Egyptian Museum to the hotel, about 16 Euros. But the interior decoration and rooms of the hotel are good and clean. Breakfast is also rich.

Convenient to the city, clean, average breakfast

Very poor hotel. The last poor room was left, and then the front desk induced the guest to check out, and then did not refund the money. After communicating with Ctrip, they replied that no one promised to check us out. This Italy is full of pitfalls, and being cheated is really hard to guard against. It's not good.

The location is a bit out of the way, the room is too hot, and the air conditioner can't be adjusted.
