Room which was confirmed through *********** was not provided…instead of twin bed room they offered one bed. Receptionist was not allowed to take decisions. Owner (on the phone) was aggressive and said we had no rights under Mexican law as we have not paid for this (however we had a confirmation from booking, a credit card was provided and the owner asked for cash payment only). The behavior was unacceptable, not customer-oriented and aggressive. I can warn you as I believe it is the business principle to insist on cash payments (despite *********** reservation) and claim afterwards that under Mexican law there is no guarantee. I guess he sold the rooms to somebody else to avoid commissions on booking portals. PS: we saw the rooms…they looked nice

Wonderful place In The midle of Tulum. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Easy to get around. A bit far to The Beach , but take a car. Here is lovely. Besides The hotel you Can get The most wonderful breakfast.

The Hotel was friendly, clean, centrally located and very comfortable. There’s 2 cats that live in the hotel and will follow you into your room and insist on being played with. They also have bikes to get around, which I didn’t see on their website. If you go make sure to play with Cata the one eye tuxedo cat.

We stayed 2 nights while in transit between the North of Yucatan and on our way to Bacalar. We opted for the rooms/studios: 2 large beds, air conditioning and fan, hammock, beautiful bathroom. Very nice decoration of the rooms. Small swimming pool but very pleasant, sufficient for returning from the day's excursions. Bar/kitchen area available with coffee in the morning and bottle of water available during the day. We were so pleased that we booked 2 additional nights on the way back to Cancun. Pleasant staff attentive to their customers The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants while preserving the calm and music of the different restaurants. Recommendation for the Spanish restaurant around the corner on the right 😍

We're sure we caught them there! We saw a tourist with bites at the beginning of our stay and a few days later it was us! We have not been on the beach or in places with fabrics and therefore know full well that it comes from the hotel. As a bonus cockroach in the shower!! Very unfortunate for our vacation, the staff was nice on the other hand.
