A very good service by the host! You will feel warm and welcome during your stay. The room is so spacious for us. The view from the window also stunning. The cleanliness is great. The towel and bed sheet smell nice too.

We only had a short visit to the very new (3 weeks old) bar in the Sapa Hills Hotel called Heathy Eatery and Beverage while we waited for our bus back to Hanoi. Quan was a super friendly host who was very welcoming and made sure we had a refreshing drink and got on the right bus.

Friendly, family owned, accommodating, nice Mountain View from the room, you can even hang out in front of the hotel and people watch! There is an elevator and restaurant on the second floor and it’s about 600 meters to Sun Plaza which is the center of town

A place worth returning to. Very wonderful, nothing more to praise. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Delicious food. Room is nice and clean. The mattress is very comfortable. Breakfast is beautifully presented and delicious. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back here 😍 Thank you very much..
