The place is good and also the services are good.

I came early morning and requested for early checkin. The receptionist allowed me checkin early and also upgraded my room to VIP room without any additional charge. ❤️ The room is clean, they have restaurant at 6th floor with outside sitting bar, so you can enjoy the view. (With few cute cat as your therapist). They provide 2 small drinking water and there is also water dispenser at the reception area. The elevator working well. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Highly recommended! Thank you for your service.

The hotel is nearby the Sapa lake. Facilities of this hotel are very good and enough.

At the end of my trip to Sapa, I wanted a quiet place to stay, so I made a reservation. I still can't forget the young friend at the reception who worried about me and treated me so enthusiastically when I lost my phone on the day of check-in and was flustered and out of my mind. I was so flustered that I didn't even ask for my name, and I was so sorry that I couldn't even say thank you because I wasn't there on the day I came. If it weren't for the comfort and passion of that friend who was like a 25-year-old son, how would I have gotten through that terrible situation? Although I couldn't find it and hurriedly got on the way back home, my children called my accommodation and told me about my situation and well-being, so my family was relieved. I plan to go back with my children next year and have a thankful reunion. The hotel is not big, but the facilities are clean, and the kindness goes without saying, and the young friend is fluent in English, so there was no difficulty in communication. There is a terminal, a traditional market, a night market, a massage shop, a restaurant, and a cafe nearby, and even though Sapa city looks far on the map, it's only a 10-minute walk along the lake road, so I didn't feel the need to go to an expensive hotel in the city center. I stayed in the city for two days, but next time I go, I want to enjoy a quiet local stay here. It costs less than 20,000 won. Accommodation and breakfast ~~ Especially solo travelers, if you stay here, you won't regret it

The receptionist (probably the owner) was very kind and considerate. The room was large and very clean, which was nice. However, the only guests staying were Vietnamese, and the family in the room next door always had the door and window wide open and was yelling loudly, so even when I was in my room, everyone could hear them, which was disappointing, as I never had a moment of peace of mind. The hotel also had a sign asking people to let them know if it was too noisy, probably because they had had previous customers who had caused trouble, but it was a shame as the rest of the hotel was very good.

I chose a place close to the terminal to catch the Sao Viet bus in the morning. Accommodation location, facilities and services are all good If you are going to Hanoi by sleeping bus, it is a good place to stay on the last day. There is also a night market nearby, so go check it out.

Had a lovely stay at the London Sapa Hotel. The room was clean, breakfast was good and service from all the staff was great. Hoang was especially kind, helping us book extra nights, buses and laundry, and always greeting us with a smile! Thank you!
