A free of charge card for the seven hot springs and city bus was provided. The staff were nice and helpful. The environment was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel we stayed in was deep in the hot spring street. The hotel was divided into two parts, on both sides of the road. We stayed in an old Japanese tatami house. The room was clean and tidy, the service was quite good, and there was a service staff who could speak Chinese, so communication was quite convenient. The distance from the hotel to the seven outer hot springs was not far. There was a shuttle bus from Kinosaki Station to the hotel, which was very convenient.
