It was a heavy snow on the weekend, and JR was also suspended, so I used it with my son who has a game on Sunday. In the evening, the roads in Toyooka City were quite piled up, so we barely arrived at the hotel. The parking lot wasn't cleared in time, so I had to remove the snow myself with the shovel left at the entrance. Well, it was snowing all the time, but I wish they had removed a little more snow from the road to the parking lot and in front of the hotel entrance. Even on Sunday morning, there was no trace of snow removal, and it was quite dangerous for cars to enter and exit the parking lot. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for two adults. thank you very much.

Only half hour to Kinosaki Onsen...we plan to go to Kinosaki Onsen but we can't afford the price of the hotel there......toyooka sky hotel is the best choice....the price is resonable, breakfast is delicious and it's only 700 JPY/person and there has free parking 😁😁😁

Everything was good, but when I tried to pay the additional amount when checking out, they told me to pay even the room price I paid in advance when making the reservation, saying it was a 'tax'. After 5 minutes of us checking and finding out, they suddenly said to themselves, ”Oh,” and told me the amount to pay again. It was so At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when I thought about it, I saw that in Japan, even for small mistakes, they apologize repeatedly and say Moshiwake Gozaimasu, but the employee never said a single word of gomennasai. Are we Mistake? So, I guess we just said Hi My Steak and that because we are foreigners, we tried to eat the cash by ourselves, but if you read the review, don't live such a pitiful life. Really. And if you are a foreigner who wants to go here, beware of the guy wearing glasses who looks like the manager.

It was nice that they were very friendly. It was difficult to eat because I had a place to cook, but luckily I was able to eat food from a convenience store, so it was nice. I really couldn't eat what I bought at a restaurant. They lent me Japanese-style clothes, so I was able to take pictures, and I was satisfied.

This ryokan is above my expectation. The included evening meal is delicious and they provided very good service all the time. The breakfast is at an affiliated cafe nearby providing western food and the included items are also better than what I expected. The only negative is that the location is far from the station and there is no car service to drive you, but the other amenities make up for it.

There is no breakfast nor dinner provided by this onsen hotel, and restaurants close a bit early. If you’re looking for an onsen meal, you maybe disappointed if you staying here. Beware if you’re a foodie. The sound insulation is poor, please keep your voice down. Since the first night I arrived was windy and rainy, and the curtain for blocking the sun is made of bamboo, it kept hitting on the window all night long. There is no elevators and the stairs is very steep, be careful if you bringing many luggages. Although the servers do not understand English, they are very friendly and willing to help! Overall, I enjoyed a lot while the staying. Thank you!

Super super super super, the room is comfortable and clean, the air conditioning is sufficient, the toiletries in the room are Pola, the hot spring can choose private soup, the window is the sea. The hotel is a bit far from the station. It is dark in Japan. The hotel can drive for free (reservation is required). I will leave at 7 o'clock the next day and I am very helpful. Thank you~

Very good hotel with traditional Japanese style. My kid consider it was the best hotel we lived in Japan. Hot spring in Hotel is good and convenient. Pick up service was also great.
