Just right for us visiting family while in Japan. Most staff can speak English & help in any way they can to make your stay more comfortable. Cleaners are exceptional in their attention to detail in every respect. Front desk staff are efficient & friendly. Convenient to Bullet train & local trains. A delightful experience overall. We are return customers with several stays over the years, will happily stay again on further trips.

Perfect location to train station, lots of choices with restaurants close. Comfortable room / bed. Great team effort from staff throughout the whole stay.

This is an excellent hotel if you travel to this city of Japan. Hotel is just inside the train terminal and no need to walk outside. Room is big relative to other hotel. Most importantly, the reception team are very helpful. Strongly suggest

really convenient and nice hotel ! was surprised it’s only 3 star! directly accessible at the train station, next to eateries and also with a food mart for convenience within the hotel itself. we enjoyed our stay very much. the breakfast was not fantastic so that’s the only thing I wished was better, but good value for money!

The hotel is just above Toyohashi Station, but there is no sound of passing cars. The room is a good size in Japan, but it has a window and a wide view. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel is good overall and the room is very clean.

It's a nice place, but the downside is that the front desk is hard to find. When you exit the Shinkansen station and walk to the JR exit, it's actually on the second floor, and the front desk is on the first floor.

I stayed here just for the night with my girlfriend who had returned to Japan from overseas for work. It's directly connected to the station and has excellent access, so there was no stress when traveling and it was very convenient! The room was clean and simple yet comfortable, so we were able to relax. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly. The staff were very polite and check-in and check-out were smooth. Although it is a business hotel, it is also highly recommended as a base for sightseeing or dates. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!

This time I came to see the Japanese festival, stayed 3 days, see the ghost festival, one of the days went to the suburbs of Toyota City to see the world festival. The hotel is super convenient. As soon as the famous railway station is reached. It is easy to get to other places in Toyohashi, 6 minutes walk there are road tram stops to City Hall, Toyohashi Park and other attractions. The interior of the hotel is very clean and the rooms are larger than those in the tourist area. The most special thing is to see the view of the railway. A choice for railway fans. Good value for money. Hotel breakfast booking in advance costs about HK$150 more, but you can skip the food. Because there are too many choices for Japanese breakfast. Just book a day and try it
