Hotel location is quite good the room quite old at central wing but the view to lake toya👍👍 . Dinner not bad but breakfast is better.

I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay at Lake Toya. This time, we had the opportunity to view fireworks from behind the hotel. The hotel has two onsen, which alternate daily; one is on the ground floor, and the other faces Lake Toya. The breakfasts and dinners are amazing, but for the dinner buffet, it's best to book an early time slot, as they reduce the food replenishment after 8 pm.

Onsen hotel with a view of the lake toya and the Mount yotei as the backdrop. Room was spacious with a magnificent window view of the lake and mountain. There was indoor and outdoor onsen, the outdoor one had me sitting there enjoying the hot onsen water with cold air enjoying the mountain view. Buffet dinner had lots of variety of food to choose from. Spectacular!

Hotel interior design is great. Great location just by the shore of lake, with easy accessability to convenient store, lake cruise, firework and light tunnel. Onsen is great with superb view of mt yotei. My kids love the library and the spacious children playroom as well. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits lake toya.

Love the location as it’s walking distance to the ferry terminal and 7-11 and many attractions nearby. Love the hotel

The hotel provides a comfortable stay : spacious room and exceptional breakfast and dinner. Good location to nice view, and a few steps to the lake. Highly recommended!

Great onsen facility. Clean and very spacious Japanese style room. Lobby was spacious with great view. Food buffet for dinner was superb. Quality was fresh. Really good value for money/ cp. We stayed one night for 50k yen for 3 people including buffet bfast and dinner for 3. Shuttle offered by hotel from Sapporo is only 1100 Yen / pax/ way. Very convenient and cheap.

The hotel is big enough and the room given was far from the lobby and they prioritise more on those tour groups. The allow 2 buses block the whole entrance drive way 😖

The hotel is slightly far from the bus terminal. Need to walk around 10 mins. I like their hot spring with indoor and outdoor. They have different brand of shampoo and conditioner for the hot spring.

Great view for our room and at night I see fireworks from our window. Room is big but a bit old. Bathroom is too small and tiny. Lobby and waiting room areas are nice , clean and comfy. Staffs in the morning are great . They can speak English. No much going on the main street , most shops aren’t open. Behind the hotel has an amazing view of the Toya Lake and in a distance you see Mt. Youteizon. A very relaxing walk and cruise ship comes and goes. We will come back for our vacation in the future.

The room is quite old but clean and spacious. The onsen is so good. You can see the firework from the onsen as well. The breakfast and dinner are so crowded but good. The coffee at the coffee shop is so good.

This hotel is the biggest in the area. Amazing Breakfast, Great Onsen, Best views of Lake Toya. The staff were really helpful too. I was given a room on the first night with trees blocking the lake view. I requested for a different room and they upgraded my room for the 2nd night as it was fully booked ok the first night. I really enjoyed my stay

the room is smelly. i donno why. especially at night time. the smell like toilet smell at the corner in the room.
