Excellent location and great service. We had a lakeview room which presented superb views of the mountain and the lake.

The location is very good. You can see the lake when you open the window, but it is a bit far from the city attractions. It is very quiet around at night. The valet parking guy is very nice!!!

It's a 20-minute walk from the city center. The hotel is close to the lake, so you can go swimming. There are two good restaurants in the hotel, as well as a casino. It's a quiet place in a bustling city. We rented a boat to tour Lake Annecy.
