Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport, an IHG Hotel Reviews

The Tv is big and with high resolution. Bed is tidied up neatly and the room is cleaned. Feel comfortable when I walk in the room. There are lotion and facial wash in the bathroom. All the furniture seems simple but great.

Location is good. Shuttle service is excellent , very fast. Staff is very very friendly. Bus stop in front of the hotel, very convenient.

The hotel is located within 10min drive from Toronto airport, which is very convenient for transit passengers. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes. The restaurant opens till 11pm and has a reasonable menu to choose from.  Overall, good experience as we only stayed for one night for our onward journey.

It was such great over there, the only thing they need to do to work more for room maintenance, the shower room is leaking water to the washroom floor. Thanks

While the free airport shuttle was a convenient start, our experience at check-in was disappointing. I had specifically booked a room with double beds, yet upon arrival, we were told none were available. For our first night in Canada, it was a letdown to find that the three of us would have to share a single queen bed. This wasn’t the warm welcome we expected, truly frustrating.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. We loved the buffet breakfast.

Cleanliness, breakfast, and staffs made are stay wonderful.

I liked 👍the room, just the employee in the reception buffet , she was in a bad mood. The pool closed earlier than the time supposed. At 9pm.

The room doesn’t have a kettle, so when I need to have a hot tea, every time I need to go down to get some hot water. Otherwise, everything is good.

Good hotel in a good location to the airport. Would definitely come again.
