My family and I recently stayed at Skye Residences for 3 days and 4 nights, and it was an exceptional experience. One of the standout features of our stay was having a washer and dryer inside our room, which added a great deal of convenience. The hotel itself is in a prime location, making it easily accessible to various attractions and amenities. Overall, our time at Skye Residences was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and convenience.

The heat wasn’t working in our room, and it was cold when we arrived; after being lost in the rain because we couldn’t find the bus that went directly to the hotel. We were told we were going to get a credit on “*******” (I booked our room through trip.com) and saw no credit. So I didn’t find that was a fair resolution for having no heat But the suite itself was adorable with mini washer, dryer, dish washer and little kitchenette

Room didn’t have air conditioner. I requested several times for the front desk to sort this out. And they were nonchalant. Besides this everything else was good. Booking via trip.com is the best decision for this trip though. Even then the hotel cancelled my booking because I came a day after my check in day. Trip.com was able to sort it all and made sure I had a place to sleep.
