Location of the hotel was within walking distance of Tomakomai Station. The hotel provides breakfast every morning, and the variety of food and drinks provided was excellent! Near the hotel is a Donki, an arcade and karaoke studio. There are plenty of food options around the area and near the science and art museum. Would recommend this hotel for it's price, location, breakfast and proximity to entertainment and shopping facilities.

Great value for solo traveler and the parking is only ¥300 which is very reasonable price. Close to Seico mart.

Only one night, the hotel is kind of dated, overdue for refurbishment. Overall, a present stay.

The room was so warm as there isn’t aircon and we end up sleeping well tho the staff came up to help us to adjust the air flow. Not a place I will stay again

Great service and hospitality provided by the staff. Even though I haven’t booked the hotel on the wrong date, the staff accepted my original booking without any additional hiccups.

I feel that the hotel seems to be durable. The kettle says it was made in 2014. The equipment is complete and thoughtful. I wanted to try breakfast but it was too late. It is very close to the station. Open the navigation on your phone and you can see it directly on the left hand side when you exit the station. The room is spacious and well ventilated. The supplies on the first floor are very complete and the lotion is very useful. Late in the evening I went to taste the roast lamb from Genghis Khan Eagle that was advertised on the hotel's small advertisement paper. It was good.

The front desk staff are very welcoming! I forgot a piece of luggage in my previous hotel room and needed to send it from Lake Toya to Sapporo. I had a headache due to the language barrier, but the front desk staff was very patient and organized in helping me negotiate and communicate. I was very touched. Even when the TV remote control failed at night, the staff immediately came to help us sort it out. They were very kind and polite throughout the process. It was a great stay experience, thank you again to the front desk staff 🙏 (By the way: the TV in the room can connect to YouTube! Very pleasant surprise!)
