Hello, in one word: not recommended! between the photos (on the hotel website) and reality, there is a world of difference. 1) At the reception, they spoke to us in English or Italian when we arrived, but the couple behind us were allowed to speak French. We even used our Italian for the first sentences. One of them was mean. He gave you the receipt in a way that looked down on you and made you feel like we were low class and plague victims. 2) they didn't have any information about our breakfasts even though they were included in the reservation and in the confirmation email, and even if it was sorted out on day 1 and 2, they asked me to check with the reception and after getting angry, I finally had peace about that for the other mornings.
