Excellent location . Since This is my first time to travel by JR rail and also Mita subway. The Front desk has very fluent English and Mandarin to teach me how to go to nearest Mita subway Station.
Very sincere and enthusiastic service.
Also lots of restaurants around hotel.
I have tried traditional Japanese pub, 24 hour self serve Ramen Shop, Canton Woton noodle.
Also has big LIFE supermarket, Lawson downstairs.
Will certainly introduce to my friends if they want to come to Tokyo Japan.
Thanks for having a good time in your hotel.

The service was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect. The concierge team was particularly helpful, providing great recommendations and assisting with transportation and reservations.

Room is big enough for family with kids, the king bed is big for 2 adults and 2 kids. They provide us a cot for my 4mth old baby as well. The bathroom is big and my kids love the bathtub. Breakfast and lounge are great too! The services are superb!! Highly recommended to everyone!!

Our experience at Shinagawa Prince Hotel was mixed.
Upon arrival, we were immediately directed to a self check-in machine, with no human interaction or guidance. We were required to pay a local tax on the spot, and the machine printed multiple tickets along with our room cards. The process felt cold and confusing, especially for first-time visitors. Our room number appeared as a 5-digit code, and with three different buildings on the property and no staff to assist, it was a bit of a challenge to figure everything out on our own.
Eventually, we were told to make our way to the Annex Tower, which required taking two different elevators while navigating through a shopping arcade. Not the warmest welcome.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the view was excellent – as expected since we chose a high-floor room. However, breakfast was overpriced, and check-out time was at 11:00 a.m. instead of the usual noon, which felt unreasonable. We were even called in our room to be reminded to leave quickly.
There is no microwave available anywhere in the hotel, which is inconvenient. While the location is great during the day, there’s not much to do in the area after 10:00 p.m. apart from a nearby 7-Eleven.

The hotel lobby is grand with nice design and details. We went during cherry blossom peak season and Shinagawa area hotel seems more affordable compare with those in the heart of the city. Taking around 1 hour Narita express direct form airport to Shinagawa and walk for 10 mins to hotel.
All together we stayed in this hotel 5 nights in 2 different room type in this trip. For this twin room, the room is big in Tokyo area with a small balcony. There is a working table and a small sofa for you to rest. Room is clean and hotel provided a lot of daily used stuff for us. They even provide bath salt which is the first time we see in Japan hotel. Bathroom is a bit old yet still clean. There is a garden that you can access direct from the hotel called ”Takanawa Mori No Park”. if you are staying in this hotel, can talk a bit of time to visit there. We went in April and we saw pretty sakura trees and the garden is well maintained and its a good spot for photos.

We checked-in at around 22:40 due to the CX flight delayed. We got the room quickly and went out for dinner. Soon we back to hotel and release everything from the luggages boxes. My wife found there was odd smell/stench in the toilet/bathroom. We phoned the reception about the matter and a gentleman came to our room to have a inspection. He offered us to change room but my wife not willing to move as all stuff have been released. So, he gave us a air disinfectant to minimize the smell. We had experience in this chain hotel in different places. But it is the first time to surprised us by this bad smell. Except this matter, Daiwa Roynet Hotel is still on our selected list.

The hotel located next to JR station, really convenient to reach ginza, shibuya, shinjuku, ebisu, etc. Hotel staffs are really nice and the room is spacious and clean. Amenities could be collected at the front desks; convenient stores around, definitely worth the price for staying!

Very convenient location only walk 2mins to the JR station. The room is quite small but i am okay with that. I have 3 24” luggage and 1 cabin size with me. All can fit in the room. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. They also have luggage transfer services by Yamato at their reception. All is good and very smooth journey staying here.

This a nice hotel about a 10 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Get off the bullet train and your a short walk to the hotel so you can relax. The rooms are small but this is Tokyo and if you are not Mr money bags and can’t afford the Hilton, this a good place to stay on your way to other cities or if you are on your way back before flying home. You can easily walk back to Tokyo Station to catch the train or bus to Narita. I suggest the bus since it is half the price of the Narita Express and takes about the same time. A bonus is you catch the bus out front and don’t have to deal with confusing train stations. If you purchase the breakfast option be warned that it is very Japanese and not Westernized by any stretch of the imagination.

よよよこAlthough I checked in late, I was accommodated politely.
I liked that the indoor wear was separate for the top and bottom.
The room was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, except for the fact that the doorknob on the door to the bathroom was hard to turn, which made it difficult to open.
The breakfast was also delicious.
If I were to be greedy, I would have liked a blanket to be provided as my feet were very cold.

JJain JilI had a wonderful experience at LOISIR Hotel Shinagawa Seaside. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating – they even allowed us an early check-in, which made a big difference after a long journey. The location is fantastic in terms of connectivity. The metro station is conveniently located right in the basement of the hotel, and there's a bus stop just outside the entrance. This made getting around Tokyo super easy and stress-free. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and unbeatable convenience!

GGuest UserIt was relatively close to Tamachi Station, and there were several convenience stores and grocery stores nearby, so it was a convenient location. The room was clean and I was able to relax.
There were the bare necessities, such as furniture, cutlery, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a TV. There was a bit of an issue with the lack of a bath mat, but other than that I was able to stay comfortably.

GGuest UserGreat hotel in a great location. You can walk to both JR and tokyo metro within 10 minutes. The area around the hotel is full of convenient stores, restaurant, and supermarket. There is also a Donki mall nearby as well. Even though the room is a bit small but it is compact and comfy. Microwave and chopsticks are available in the lobby. You can also lend a variety of items from the lobby too. You can also store your luggage at the hotel after you checked out. Overall great experience staying here!

GGuest UserIt was with kitchen, tableware and cooking equipment, but I couldn't feel clean overall.
The switches in the microwave oven have oil stains that fall off when wiped, and the tableware was stored under the sink, but it didn't feel like they were placed very carefully. I wanted you to prepare at least a new dish sponge.
There are two stoves, but the cooking utensils are only one frying pan, a 100-yen kitchen knife with a dull sharpness, a dirty cutting board, and a frying return.
The vicinity of the washing machine was not very clean and I didn't feel like using it.
Considering the price, it was reasonable as a facility, but it lacked the cleanliness of the whole.
There were some poor points in the disinfectant at the entrance on the 1st floor, such as hand soap for some reason.
This time, it is used by two people, and it is not a person who doesn't care about the details, but it is still worried, and the use of the nervous person is not very much, but it cannot be recommended.
However, since the price and location are all wonderful words, I don't want you to make everything shiny, but I want you to be clean enough to not give you discomfort.
