The hotel route inn used this time, I was able to sleep comfortably and sleep comfortably in a quiet environment. The location is good and you can go to Haneda Airport by limousine bus and train in about 40 minutes. I will use it next time.

This hotel is 5 minutes walk from Yamanote Line Osaki station, which is one station away from Shinagawa, thus making it very convenient from a transportation POV. It's ta the edge of a residential area hence it's very very quiet. It's 2nd floor is connected to couple of large office buildings that have quite a few nice restaurants. There is a small family mart at about 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There is no shopping and entertainment near by. The hotel's interior is somewhat simple and in old fashion. You will get a nice rest there. In short, it's a money for value type of hotel.

It takes 7mins walking distance from JR station to hotel according to Google map, but you need to climb a bridge. So if you with big luggage and takes you 10mins to the hotels. It is not the most convenience.

Basic and no-frills, but well-designed small rooms. Bed is a good size, small desk, surprisingly good water pressure in an interestingly simplified plumbing design. Full-featured toilet as appropriate for Japan. Very nice staff who went out of their way to be helpful & were apologetic for not knowing more English when it was actually me not speaking their language. Japanese style breakfast included. Not as close to Haneda as you might think from the map but an easy taxi ride. Several convenience store & fast-food spots within a block, and comfortable walk to the nearest train station. There's a vending machine next to the elevators if you don't want to step out for a snack. Very good value for the price. Only complaint that makes me dock a star: the bed is very hard, like sleeping on plywood under the sheets.

The room was simple and nice. There was no extra thing such as telephone and tissue, and the desk was widely used. A method of taking amenities from front of the elevator only for those who needed it. The refrigerator in the room can be turned off on the switch, so it was good to be able to turn off the switch if you care about the sound. It was also good that the night view from the room was shiny. There are many other good hotels, but when I saw the night view, I thought ”it was good to be this hotel”. The manners of foreign customers were good. The quality of the staff was high, the smile was nice, the answer was clear and good. It was a safe stay. Beregut accurately in time. We used breakfast. There are not too many types and just right. Buffet style. The breakfast venue was fun to choose from various types of seats. The window side was too sunny, but the view was very good. It was used for Tokyo Big Site and used. Access is １ books from Shinagawa Seaside Station to International Exhibition Hall Station. Good.

I think it was as described in the photos and explanations of the accommodation. I had the impression that it was a little narrower than the image in the photo, but the facilities seemed to be almost new and I was able to stay very clean and comfortable. It was a little difficult to lay the futon from the closet in the back to carry the narrow space next to the bed, but there was no particular problem if it was left out. Although fireTV's YouTube can be searched, it has not been played for some reason, and if you want to see it, you should ask in advance. (I logged in but couldn't.) The TV was okay. I thought it would be okay to unlock and lock with the number. I thought it was convenient because I didn't have to worry about losing it and I didn't have to be luggage. I stayed comfortably. Thank you very much!
