Overall the stay was good, breakfast was good. Room we chose is spacious enough for us to fit 3 big luggages and pack. Location is near Inaricho station or 10 min walk to Ueno station. What I don’t like about the hotel is the entrance and lobby are all staircase, I think this should be fixed in due time for a hotel to have a ramp for luggages easy access than have everyone carry them up and down 2 flight of steps.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel MYSTAYS Ueon Iriyaguchi. The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to Ueno Station and nearby attractions like Ueno Park and the Tokyo National Museum. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, adding to its convenience. Overall, it’s a great choice for both leisure and business travelers, offering good value for money in a vibrant neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

Although, our room was quite small but we had a restful stay. Our bed was so firm and comfortable. Everyday supply of new PJ and towels.
Heated toilet. Free shampoo and generous amount of toiletries at the lobby area. Staff were accommodating
Holtel is very near the Ueno train station. Ueno night market, where you can find good bargain and street foods.

The hotel provided lots of amenities including free coffee and they even provide pyjamas! Even though the room is small, the room was very clean and had everything include a full size table and a bath tub. The hotel provided fresh towels daily even if they don’t clean your room (can always request for cleaning if needed). Recommend to opt for a bigger room if you are requesting a room with 2 single bed. There is a lawson just nearby the hotel so it’s very convenient. Location is also a great plus point as most train stations are 8 to 10 mins walk away and the surrounding is quiet even though it’s near many restaurants and bar. Highly recommended!

The room is quite big, and the sofa bed can accommodate four people. It is suitable for a family of three to travel here, because many hotels in Japan have a limit on the number of people, and three people have to book two rooms. It is more suitable to book this apartment. It is not far from the subway station Kuramae Station and Asakusa Station. It is right by the Sumida River. It is very convenient to see the night view of the Sky Tree and go to Sensoji Temple. There are not many restaurants around, but the subway can reach many business districts, which is not a big flaw. The noise is not loud, and it is quiet to stay!

It was great because it was located right in front of Sensoji Temple, so I could comfortably see the night view. It was even better because I could see Skytree well from the room. It was clean and comfortable to use.

A very emotional accommodation experience, which can well understand the accommodation and life of the locals! This house is in a block one step away from Sensoji Temple. Walking from the subway station, you can see the neighborhoods where Tokyo locals live, the style of the houses, and the flowers and plants they like to place in the house. The feeling is really different from that in Shanghai. Same. This house has two floors, and it is very spacious in Tokyo, where every inch of land is expensive. The rest area on the first floor is a Japanese-style tatami mat, with a kitchen next to it, a laundry room, and a toilet with a toilet. The second floor is a bedroom with a spacious bathroom. All three of us live on the second floor, which is very, very Quiet, barely audible. Very nice stay experience! If you have to talk about the shortcomings, the only disadvantage is that the mouthwash cup provided is made of paper, which is easy to soften when exposed to water. If there is a more convenient one, it will be perfect!

The lobby staff are friendly and helpful. The family room is spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and toilets are clearly visible, and the hotel also provides adequate hygiene and personal grooming facilities.

AAnonymous UserWe booked 5rooms for 6nights stay at this hotel. Room is small but is ok for us to sleep. Overall I’ll give five stars for the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Provided Hot&cold coffee/cocoa at the lobby is a bonus. We love this hotel location because there’s 7-11, family mart and Lawson nearby. Walking distance to Sensoji Temple.

GGuest UserThe room is larger than the average hotel, not facing the street, relatively quiet, generally no door-to-door cleaning, the linens that need to be changed are placed at the door and the waiter will change them. There are induction cookers, ovens, refrigerators and freezers, and washing and drying machines, which are very convenient. There is a Lawson supermarket 2 minutes walk downstairs, and a 711 a little further away, just go straight to the main intersection. The only drawback is that it is far from the subway station entrances, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk.

AAnonymous UserVery clean, spacious, the biggest room I got so far for single occupancy, able to open my suitcase n still got space to walk around comfortably. Very convenient just 7 mins walk to/from Ueno station or 4 mins to/from Okachimachi station. Kensei Skyliner to Narita airport just short walk from Ueno station. Good for last min shopping at Ameyoko Street (Uniqlo/GU, supermarket, Daiso, Donki, etc). Delicious & affordable Chirashi Don Sushi bowl (must have). They also catered free half portion ramen at night, yakult & ice sticks after Onsen (manga at the entertainment room). Definitely will stay again.

SSole TravellerStayed 4 nights. Walking distance to Suehirocho station & Ueno-hirokoji station (Ginza Line), Ueno-okachimachi station (Oedo Line), and Ameyoko shopping streets. 7-11 & McDonald's is also nearby. The room is clean, but housekeeping is not every day unless you stick the ”Clean Up Room” on the door before 11 am. Not all the staff can speak English. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Tokyo. Highly recommended.

CChi KuenThe service provided by the staff is quite good. Knowing that we need to do self-serve after 10pm but since I need to take care 2 kids and not convenient to move, they come to my room and serve us. It’s great!
However, need to remind people who booked the largest room. We come with our friends together. Both of them staying in a small room and they can enjoy daily clean up service.
But for large room (2 double bed), there is no clean up service (even you request to the receptionist / the room keeper). They can just clean up your room until the 4th day of your stay. It’s really bad experience and make us feel uncomfortable.
Also, whenever you get into the room, check the ventilation of the toilet and the air-conditioner. You can always find that it is stuck with the dust and cause a lot of noise during the night time. It really has some impact to sleeping

林林小貓喜歡旅遊,到處走走逛逛吃小吃美食!This time I was a bit disappointed with my reservation because both parties deducted money from me. This was the first time I encountered such a situation.
When I checked in at the hotel, the hotel staff deducted payment from me. As a result, I checked out on the 11th and trip.com charged and deducted my money again. I paid for the hotel twice in total. I hope the platform can solve the problem of charging me an extra hotel fee as soon as possible and refund me as soon as possible! Thanks

Hygiene: OK
Environment: Indoor is OK. The outside is a bit unexpected and I dare not recognize it.

The location is very good. It is very convenient for transportation, eating and shopping. There is no elevator on the 4th floor, so you need to bear the weight of your luggage.

GGuest Userand they were very kind to me.
It was quite spacious and comfortable with the bath toilet at this price!
TV and there was no in-house clothes, but I didn't need it, so especially.
And, since the staff is not stationed, it seems better to contact in advance to keep the luggage.
I will use it again. Thank you.
