Excelente!!

Very welcoming and convenient hotel. Probably one of the best shower's I've used in a hotel and I've stayed in many. Good value and no complaints for the price. Perfectly fine for a short stay. Good location as it's less than 5 minutes walk from Hamamatsucho station, which itself is only 15 mins ride to Haneda Airport, and Daimon station. From these you can easily travel around Tokyo. Several convenience stores are nearby. Was a little concerned when I read the 2 star review dated November 2023, however our experience was completely the opposite. Regarding their complaint about the beds being close to the walls; this is pretty much standard for hotel rooms in this price range. If you have any mobility issues then you will find this a problem with many hotel rooms across Japan as the standard size is smaller than many western or US hotels.

Great budget stay at Keio Presso Inn Hamamatsucho! I recently stayed at Keio Presso Inn Hamamatsucho and had a positive experience overall. Here's a breakdown: Service: * While check-in couldn't accommodate an early arrival in my case, the staff was friendly and efficient. * The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping keeping things tidy throughout my stay. Facilities: * The rooms are on the smaller side, which is typical for business hotels in Tokyo. However, they were comfortable and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. * Free Wi-Fi was a big plus, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice perk to start the day. Food: * The breakfast offered a good selection of Japanese and Western options, which I found to be fresh and filling. Overall: If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Tokyo, Keio Presso Inn Hamamatsucho is a great option. It's particularly well-suited for solo travelers or couples. Tips: * Be aware that rooms might be smaller than you're used to if you're coming from outside Japan. * The location near Hamamatsucho Station is excellent for getting around the city.

Caveat: only stayed here one night and left early morning so we didn’t experience the gym or breakfast. Service was great, such as the staff waiting for us in the lobby at 5:40am because they knew we’d booked a taxi and wanted to help with the bags. That kind of proactive service. Martinis at the bar were perfect; live music made for nice ambience; check in and express check out on the TV were super quick. Dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant downstairs was delicious although surprising the staff barely spoke any English (we arrived from a small country ryokan so this was surprising in Tokyo). But Japanese people are so wonderful and friendly you can always get by with some menu pointing and miming. The real magic here though is having your own balcony, which in central Tokyo is a rare treat (pic is our view from balcony). I’d definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 7 nights.  My room was very quiet and spacious, water pressure was strong for showers, bedding and towels were changed every day.  Metro is 3 minutes away, some tourist attractions such as Tokyo Tower and a nice park are nearby.  The hotel does show its age but I will definitely stay there again.

Location is perfect. Next to two metro / JR stations. There are a few restaurants and convenient shops nearby so can find food when we come back hotel late. Tokyo tower is very close to the hotel. Walkable to visit this great spot from the hotel. Staffs were polite, helpful and nice. Bedroom is clean but the toilet and carpet / towers have some strains on them. This could be better. There was no breakfast available. But convenient shops around so we have no problem about that Room and bed are a bit small for a family of 3 members.
