The hotel is near Chiyoda City which is a nice park. Shimbashi station is a 5min walk away. Rooms are clean but a bit small (normal for Tokyo). Service is good. Breakfast is good.
They don't have a concierge despite trip.com saying they do. Not sure if that is a mistake on their part or on trip.com.
The place has a gym which is open 24/7. I didn't use it but it was good to have the option.
There is also a smoking room and a bar.
Overall, a 5/5 stay for a 3 star hotel.

My recent stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi was a wonderful experience, meriting a solid 4/5 overall. The hotel's prime location near Tamachi Station offers easy access to Tokyo's business districts and tourist attractions, making it a convenient choice for both work and leisure. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The service was commendable, with staff members being both attentive and courteous, ensuring that all needs were promptly met. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, super friendly with recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a reliable and enjoyable stay in the city.

As usual, we had a good stay here. The hotel is well positioned and well staffed. Check in and check out are quick and questions are answered promptly. All staff have a good understanding of English and are able to help.
Rooms are comfortable and clean and the provisions in the room are great - apart from not offering a coffee! Fortunately, the 7-eleven downstairs is able to provide this easily. Rooms are small and one of you, if staying as a couple, will be positioned against the wall which is the reason for not giving a 5 on the rooms.

Great location and just mins from shopping street. They have connecting room and perfect for out family of four . Room is small but I think it’s like most city hotel here. Friendly and good front desk staff. Breakfast is Japanese style, like small dishes style. But I hope there d be some simple western option like eggs & toast . Best of all I think the rate is reasonable given its holiday seasons. Id stay here again .

Overall the stay was good, breakfast was good. Room we chose is spacious enough for us to fit 3 big luggages and pack. Location is near Inaricho station or 10 min walk to Ueno station. What I don’t like about the hotel is the entrance and lobby are all staircase, I think this should be fixed in due time for a hotel to have a ramp for luggages easy access than have everyone carry them up and down 2 flight of steps.
Great apartment hotel with small balcony, kitchenette, bath and shower room.
The king bed is two doubles pushed together, but this is fine as the mattresses are comfortable and join together well.
Location is great as it is close to the Azabu-juban station and also close to several pretty good restaurants.
Very relaxing accommodation to end our Japan trip, we stayed for four nights.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel MYSTAYS Ueon Iriyaguchi. The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to Ueno Station and nearby attractions like Ueno Park and the Tokyo National Museum. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, adding to its convenience. Overall, it’s a great choice for both leisure and business travelers, offering good value for money in a vibrant neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

Although, our room was quite small but we had a restful stay. Our bed was so firm and comfortable. Everyday supply of new PJ and towels.
Heated toilet. Free shampoo and generous amount of toiletries at the lobby area. Staff were accommodating
Holtel is very near the Ueno train station. Ueno night market, where you can find good bargain and street foods.

The hotel is new and located in Shinjuku. It is convenient for traveling and is some distance from the station. The room facilities are good, the room is slightly small and fully functional. Good service, very satisfied with my stay!

Outstanding
SstarventureTokyo Hotel is not cheap. It is next to the Liberal Democratic Party headquarters. There are ginkgo trees all along the way. The golden leaves are scattered all over the ground. The citywalk is very nice. The room is very clean, the facilities are complete, and it is exquisite without being complicated. I stayed on the side close to the elevated road. Although the windows are soundproofed, it is still a bit noisy when encountering performance cars. Overall, it is very good and worth staying again.
JJuan AlfonsoGreat hotel close to stations and very walkable area with places to eat. Def recommend. A few things to note is that check in desk does close for the night. Other than that i dont see many flaws, rooms are spacious with nice views.
AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to see people jogging in the park in the morning, and you can also see the park river view. It is close to the Imperial Palace Park and the Hanzo Line Station. There are also convenience stores nearby. The only drawback is that the waiter can't speak Chinese, so everyone should bring their own translator
GGuest UserThe staff was great. This is a large hotel. The best things about it are: the gorgeous Japanese garden - just lovely. The rooms are clean. A newspaper was delivered every morning , which was a treat.
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk for two different underground stations - but not difficult to get too. Staff arranged a cab to the airport for us.
The outdoor pool was closed and there was a 50,000 yen change to use a gym with an indoor pool.
We stayed in the “Main” - very nice, but the bathrooms are a wee bit dated and somewhat crowded. Perfectly functional and clean!
I have found the pillows in Japan VERY firm and the New Otani is no exception. Perhaps having a pillow selection menu would be nice.
We enjoyed our stay.
GGuest UserExceptional customer service. We got checked in pretty quick . The room was spacious. Easy to connect with WiFi , netflix etc. The bed was super comfy . Had a great night sleep. If you don't have your toiletries, the hotel got you covered . Free cosmetics packs and hot drinks in the foyer . Feel free to grab them . We would stay again on our next trip . Domo x
VVieng kHotel locates in downtown near Shimbashi train station, you can find many restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Room is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and handy.
OOrazioThe location is amazing, and the washing machine in the room too. The hotel is nice but the room doesn’t look like 4 stars, especially toilets. We had bad smell problem, they were super responsive trying to fix it but it was not possible.
Another problem is that you’ll not have your room cleaned every day, and this doesn’t sound 4 stars too.
The staff has been very kind and useful for any needs we had. Wifi is ok .
QQinglandeThe hotel is located in a remote area. It is not recommended for tourism. You have to take a car to go anywhere, and transportation in Japan is expensive. I left my electronic products in the room. We checked out at 9 o'clock and returned to get the luggage at more than 11 o'clock. The hotel did not inform me of the forgotten items in the room. They did not call me when they found it (they also asked us to fill in the phone number when we checked in). When I arrived in Kyoto and found it, I called the hotel to arrange for express delivery. So, if you don't look for it, no one will care about you! This is not as good as Chinese hotels. Chinese hotels will notify you of the forgotten items in the room as soon as possible.
Bad review!
GGuest UserThe room is relatively large in Japan. I have a 28-inch and a 20-inch, which can be opened without occupying the walking path.
The facilities are relatively old, but it is very close to Satomeguro Station and the transportation is very convenient.
Opposite is a Jing'an Don Quijote, and there are restaurants along the way. The price is also very reasonable.
