Tokyo Shinjuku Ward Hotels

15 mins walking distance from Shinjuku Station, not too far from all the attractions and shopping centres. Staffs are speaking good English, very friendly. The room is neat and clean, but the room is tight, hardly to have a space to open my luggage.

Due to the flight delay on the first day of check-in, it took a long time to find the location of the apartment at night. The map is very useful. In fact, the navigation is quite accurate. We also printed the route map provided by the landlord to save time. In the next few days, I found that the location was pretty good, with easy access, with stations and convenience stores everywhere, which was very convenient.

I stayed at Minatomirai Washington Hotel several times before and always rely on their location choice and faclities. So this time we decided to stay at Shinjuku with my daughter. so i wasnt surprised: great location, fast check-in, cosy rooms with all needed amenities including charging cables and super-fast kettles. great shower qnd very funny locat robot which travelled with us on evelator several time. he(she) was very polite. Lawson, Family Marts, lots of bars and cafes and super fast smooth check-out. Thank you very much Washington Hotel. see you again soon

Overall the hotels room service and location are nice. Just one thing to be noted, if you are driving, the mechanical car parking height limit is only 155cm. Over 155cm you can only parking by hourly rate (no upper limit!!!!!). It would be great if booking page shows full information.

Perfect location for Tokyo marathon runners. It is just by the starting line. Everything was great. Room super spacious and clean . We had a fantastic view of the Metropolitan Building with led lights show. Food so good in the buffet. Service is excellent.

Just staying for one night before our trip to Hakone. The cheapest room for one night was the smallest one but in general it's clean and comfortable with all the perks and necessary features. Only thing to pick on is that we took the NEx train from Narita Airport to the hotel and it's a long walk from the station' s south exit to our destination with two large suitcases.

Price After check-in, the price of the room for 3 nights for 3 pax was reasonable. Very spacious room that allows all of us to open our luggage and still have space to move around. Location About 7-10min walk to station Cab to station is about 700yen I love the fact that the airport limousine bus picks up from that ground floor... save alot of trouble travelling to and from airport. Service Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. But if you ask for small items, might need to give some time cox robot will be used for small items delivery. We waited almost 30min for chopsticks. Amenities Hotel has great Amenities including laundry room which allows you to wash and dry clothes. Can check out the availability via the tv in your own room. The laundry room also provides iron if your clothes need a press... free ice cubes dispenser... so i love staying at leevl 20. It has swimming pool too but we didn't check it out. Overall a very good experience and would recommend to friends especially those like me who prevents limousine bus to airport.

I liked so much this location. It’s about 15-20 minutes walk to Shinjuku sights, shops area, metropolitan government building and about 20-25 minutes to Gyoen National Garden. The place the quiet and easy to find. In room there is drip coffee, tea and some staff in bathroom. Breakfast cost 2000 yien and there is quite big choice

The location is great and just one block to the centre of Kabukicho. The Kabukicho Donki was located one block from the hotel as well. Lawson and 7-11 just are next to the hotel, very convenient for snacks and drinks.

Our impression of Tokyo hotels was that they would be extremely small (past 2 trips were really small rooms), but the residential room in this hotel was big! We were deciding between Hyatt Regency in Yokohama and this one, but we ultimately chose this one despite paying more for the centralised location and the fact that there was a washing machine in the room too (free laundry!). This is literally only 3 mins walk away from Shinjuku-Higashi station which is linked to the Oedo and Fukutoshin line so it is fairly convenient to get to most major places in Tokyo. It is also situated in Shinjuku, but not in the heart of the district so it's not noisy and crowded with tourists at all. The hotel doesn't have a gym, but if you have an Anytime Fitness membership, they have one decent outlet just opposite the road. There are 2 convenient stores (Lawson and Family Mart) very near the hotel too, and a MacDonalds too. We got the highest possible floor (the highest one being the terrace room) for our room type and we had a nice window view overlooking the street down below. The bed was comfortable, but the toilet was a bit small (the usual for Japanese hotels). Highly recommended if you are looking to stay near to major Tokyo locations but also value your peace and quiet.
