This hotel is better than I expected. It has a good location as it’s close to malls and train station. Its breakfast also has quite a lot of tasty food.

Nice hotel, not very near station gotta walk. Took us awhile to find. Staff are friendly and nice!! Self help afternoon snack for hotel guests. Super delicious....mochi 😋😍 can borrow heater if still too cold in room. 👍👍

Room was very cold because of central air-conditioning, and front desk staff could not do anything about it. Towels were old, and there was some hair on it on one occasion. However the hotel provided complimentary coffee, tea, water, evening snacks in the lobby.

A relatively new hotel in the shopping district. It was a short walk away from the JR Station. The staff was cordial. A sweet treat was provided daily and there was a water dispenser in the lobby, besides the usual coffee machine.

Clean and staff are polite. Situation of hotel is very convenient

Check-in was fast and well. Staff was unfriendly when I requested for a room change due to two issues faced :- 1) air-con was not cold enough (though the staff provided me with a fan); 2) foul smell after each toilet flush (I ended had to purchase a air-freshener spray)

B hotel in a excellent location , close to metro stations, department stores, convenience stores, reasonable room size , friendly staffs . Happy with their services. Thank you for looking after us .

Good, next station

Super convenient location.

The facilities provided by the hotel were basic yet they get the job done. Hairdryer, towels, amenity kits were all provided. The staff ever also nice and friendly.

Room was small, all other was great, located conveniently near train station.

Location is great, train station is just 5 mins away. There’s an ichiran ramen behind the hotel and many food options nearby. Room size is decent for Japan hotels and the view overlooking the streets is nice as well. Staff is friendly and helpful, highly recommend if you’re looking to stay around Ikebukuro.

Good location with many restaurants around and walking distance to sunshine city and MRT station.

CP value high, near TRAIN station, many restaurant arrouding, i will come again.
