A very spacious room and appreciate the wall support for seats on a table, train carriage style. You collect amenities at the reception which checks in using consoles. Nice toilets in business working area

The hotel lobby had a cool, modern vibe that I really dug. My room was surprisingly spacious, especially for the price. The rain showerhead was a total game-changer, so relaxing after a long day exploring. The location was perfect, easy to get around the city from there. Plus, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference.

One of the best reasons to stay here is the excellent location. It's just a short walk from major metro lines like the Ginza Line, which provides direct access to popular areas such as Shibuya and Ginza — incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel also provides its own pajamas, which were a lovely touch and very comfortable. While overall the room amenities were good, we did notice that a few towels had some faint stains. It wasn’t a major issue, but perhaps something that could be improved for an even better experience.

+ Modern, comfy and clean. + Friendly staffs with good English skill. + Good facilities and service like public bath, free luggage deposit. - a bit far walking range from train station. - a bit compact room, might be too small for 2 people in a room.

A great stay! Lovely public baths and very friendly staff. Perfect for a few days in the city, particularly to visit Ginza and Shibuya as it is right on the Ginza line!

The front desk personnel were so nice, made sure I was on the same floor with my family members so it will be convenient for us. The 7-11 on the ground floor of the building was awesome.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel! On our way here, we encountered a problem with our car, but thankfully, upon arrival, we received incredible assistance from your staff, Mr. Sam Lun (三輪先生）He helped us communicate with the car rental company, and as a result, we were able to quickly get a replacement car to continue our journey. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by the hotel’s frontline staff, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends for their next journey.

Brilliant little hotel which is perfect for solo-travellers. Staff are helpful and rooms are clean and modern. The location (Akasaka) is great too, near a few subway stations, trendy restaurants, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. There is a 7-11 convenience store on the ground level. My room was small but this wasn't an issue since I was travelling alone.

Hotel was locate in the more quiet part of Akasaka, yet all the restaurants and bar is just round the corner with 7-11 right below. Room is very tight but this is Tokyo and u can't complain much about that. Staff is helpful when we requested the 2 rooms close to each other.

Had a pleasant stay here. Room was clean but small - typical size for cities here. Can fit two big luggage max. Amenities were all provided too. Hotel was in a great location, in between several subway lines, with a 7-11 right downstairs and surrounded by lots of food options. Would return to stay!

I booked this hotel because I read great reviews about it. The stay was fantastic. The location was amazing because it is surrounded by a variety of restaurants. I also like the fact that it quiets down during the weekends. Would visit again when I’m in Tokyo next time.
