Very good hotel near subway and JR by 5-10 mins

Staying for five days four night. Hotel a bit far from the subway, walking about 10mins from hotel to the subways. Tried to buy one day breakfast but the breakfast is not nice and very few choices. The place is very quiet but don’t have night life because living far from the food street

i love it so much here in this hotel. i would say it’s convenien for muslim tourists to stay here since it’s really close to halal restos and konbini. wagyu panga is literally 2 mins walking from the hotel. alao halal ramen spots are within a few minutes of walking. super clean, change our towels and pyjamas everyday. really kind staffs and room is quite spacious can fit in 2 big luggages. overall recommended!

The front desk staff was very helpful. She assisted me by calling the store to check the stock of air purifiers, as I needed one urgently before returning to Los Angeles. I live in a wildfire zone, so it’s essential to have one for emergencies.

Near shin-okachimachi station but still a bit of a walk especially if you are carrying luggage. May need to transfer stations to other major destinations. Room description is 16-20 square meters but our room may just be around 12-14 square meters. Too cramped for 2 people.Ten minutes walk to ameyoko shopping area in ueno and 15 minutes walk to keisei ueno skyliner going to the airport. We took a taxi from hotel to keisei ueno for only 1,200 yen which was arranged by the hotel on the same day. We occupied a twin bed room with hair dryer, charger available, shampoo, conditioner, body/ hand/face wash, towels, and sleepwear. Skincare set available at the front desk while coffee/creamer/sugar, toothbrush, comb, razor, weighing scale, laundry corner are available near the elevator. Everyday, change towels and sleepwear, pick-up trash but no room cleaning. Room cleaning done on the 4th day of stay. Hotel is clean and staff are helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. But quite small for 2 people with big luggage. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The location is in a more residential than tourism area. Hence, unless you have an unlimited ride metro ticket, it requires a 15-20 min walk.

A good location as its nearby to the train station. But i dont really have a good experience here because there are some inconvenience such as asking for direction and also request hotel transfer to the hotel staff but my queries was not well attended so i ended up using uber going to the airport which is a bit of a hassle.

The hotel’s location was perfect — close to major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Overall, I had a truly wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, service, and quality. Five stars!

10 to 15 walk for JR train and subway, room is relatively big, facilities are plenty and good which is not expected, and friendly staff too

All good and big room but if you stay more than 2 nighta They will not clean your room for eco friendly.

I miss the dripping coffee bags there, the great service, and the short walk to a few stations. Meanwhile, you can experience local people's food and atmosphere.

A little far from the main metro Ginza Line, 650m from Inaricho station especially if you have big luggage. But it’s close to Shin Okachimachi station Toei line. We have gotten the 72 hours unlimited metro at JPY1500 so we usually transit to few more stations to get to Shin Okachimachi station direct. Hotel is clean but toilet bowl smells a bit even it’s a new bidet toilet bowl. Our room has the view of Tokyo Skytree. Overall value for money for a Tokyo hotel that is one station away from Ueno and 2 stations from Asakusa from the Ginza line.
