Nice Hotel in Asakusa. Excellent location, right next to the subway, and a few minutes walk to the main areas in Asakusa. Free coffee and pastries offered for breakfast. The rooftop is nice and overlooks the river, great views of Tokyo Skytree. The staff were really friendly and helpful. My only negative point, is they would not store my bag for 2 hours after check out. The place they advertise to use instead was extremely expensive, 1000 yen set price for each bag!! They should recommend Asakusa station which is right next to their recommendation, but is only 100yen per half hour for a locker that can store multiple big bags.

Service experience was both very bad on one occasion but very good on another. The bad was, the male front desk staff on duty refused render help to make dining reservation. When asked why, his reply was "cannot. Morning, each guest allowed a bottle of water/packet juice and a bread bun. Quality of bread bun......is what we find in 711 stores. The 2 single bed roon is extremely small, there was barely space for one to open a 28 inch luggage. Less than a minute walk to Asakusa Station elevator.

We are sorry that most restaurants do not accept reservations on behalf of guests due to various factors such as the restaurant's cancellation policy and the fact that guests who do not show up cannot be contacted at the dinner time. Regarding breakfast, since we don't have a restaurant, we served free bread as well as juice in the morning. We're sorry you don't like it. Your reservation is a Japanese-style twin room, and there is a space under the bed for luggage. The room is small but equipped with a refrigerator, TV, air purifier and other equipment to make everyone feel comfortable. In addition, there is an observation deck on the top floor of the hotel, which is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and you can enjoy the night view of the Tokyo Skytree and the river bridge of the Sumida River. We are sure to share your comment among our team. We look forward to seeing you.

Close to Asakusa line subway. Wasnt able to find a way to closest exit traveling by Ginza line so found it on the ground. I already knew the room was small and it is but had everything that was needed. Bathroom was slight smell ywhen we entered the room, I think it due not enough air circulation. Either we got used to it or it got better over time with vent on. Great roof top view of Skytree. Cute mini breakfast, 1 drink and 1 packaged bun per person.

It’s very good price with fair service. The location is next to the station with lifts, so it’s very convenient. In the opposite, it has family mart, so we can buy food easily. The hotel also close with each spots. We like the rooftop, we could see the sky tree and some bridges and so on clearly, we also could sit there to enjoy the views with drink.

The hotel location is perfect - directly reachable from Narita Airport and walkable to many attractions and metro lines. The room was tiny but clean and well equipped. However there is only room cleaning service every 3 days (you’d have to take the trash out by the door yourself other days). However they did offer clean towels every day still. The rooftop has amazing views. The light breakfasts were also quite nice. The staff were also multilingual (Chinese, English etc.) and friendly. Unfortunately my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal, which is white (like the bed sheets) and always placed by the pillow (we never brought it out) was gone by the time we came back after the cleaning service on the third day. Went to the front desk immediately after we realized it (about 9pm), and the receptionist, while polite, went into the back room for less than a minute and came out to tell us they didn’t have it. I begged her to also check the laundry room because my daughter was crying her heart out without it, and we were certain it was by the bed before we went out. Through the curtains I could see someone that’s presumably her superviser looking irritated. She talked to him again and finally said they’d ask the cleaning staff in the morning. The next morning I asked again (same person), and she kept saying sorry they didn’t have it. I begged her to check again later as perhaps it was wrapped in the bed sheets and wouldn’t show up until some time later. She said ok but didn’t look like she was putting anything down (and I assumed she’d need to as her shift should be over soon). So I had to ask if she needed more info to hand the request over to another colleague. Then she gave me a piece of paper and asked me to write down info on the doll and contact info. In the next 2 days her other colleagues were much more proactive in giving us an update when asked about it, so I’m sure she did pass the note to the team. It just felt like I had to keep pressing harder and that otherwise she and her superviser were rather passive about it. Sadly before we left it was still not found. The manager kindly promised before we left that if they found it they would mail it to us.

the hotel is near at the famous tourist spot in asakusa kaminarimon, but the service is very bad, no toothbrush in the room, the restaurant for breakfast is far from the hotel, worst hotel ever.. we will not book again!

Before everyone going to the room, the staff will tell eveyone to take the amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, face lotion,cream.....where we offer at loby for anytime but NOT in the room. Hope you have listened to the staff about the information when you checked in. And the restaurant for the breakfast just 3mins on foot from our hotel. We are so sorry for the misundertanding.

Location was good and near to train station with lift, easier access for heavy luggage . Bad experience which is room too small and always hit the bed frame and can’t open lugage. Rooftop with sky view was awesome and free breakfast and laundry provided.

All toiletries from head to toe are provided. 2.mins walk to asakusa station and walking distant to ASAKUSA sightseeing spots. Got 2 halal kebab shops and 1 halal sushi shop. Nice view from hotel roof top can also dine in and enjoy view of tokyo tree tower. Can take cruise nearby too.
