Tokyu Stay Ginza Reviews

Location is perfect, 3mins walk from the metro station and right at the center of the shopping area! The room is spacious which you don’t usually expect from a typical hotel room in Tokyo. Will definitely book it again!

No turn-down service if you stay less than 7N, otherwise pay upon request. No bottled water Request clothes hanger will need to collect by ourselves at the front desk No advance notification means you will not get any towels change and collection of the trash Hotel for budget and good location, otherwise you better to choose others options nearby which not much difference on prices and better services

Well located with lots of restaurants close by. Rooms are small but it’s Tokyo. It is well priced. The rooms are spotless and clean. Staff is friendly. I would stay here again

Location 10, staff 10, everything was great, rooms are small in Tokyo in General, so just keep that in mind.

There weren't that many facilities to speak of and there was no room service unless you paid an extra fee. But otherwise, the room was ok, a little on the small side but I guess it's just the norm for Tokyo CBD.

Overall it was great, though rooms were a tad small but it’s Tokyo. And despite the small size, there was a washing machine and microwave! Location was great too with convenience stores around the corner and a few minutes walk to Ginza station.

Tokyu Stay Ginza is the best choice in Ginza. I always stay here whenever I visit Tokyo. The location is also great, close by Higashi-Ginza station. I can also go to Narita Airport via Skyaccess from Higashi-Ginza station.

It’s great location which is convenient for shopping. Definitely will consider to come back again.

Very close to the subway station.There are two convenience stores nearby lawson and family mart. The most convenient thing is that clothes can be checked in for a few days and laundry can be done here.

Carpet needs to be deep cleaned throughout. 

Convenient location in Ginza, food/bar/cafe/shopping/book store/small art gallery around here even for your first and impromptu itinerary, easier to get to other areas via metro/subway/railway, plus suitable and sound for solo traveller!

Great location and OK breakfast. The room really small but amazed how many things can fit in there, including a washer dryer.

Room does not provide bottled water, fret not you can buy it from the convenience stores nearby! They also provide luggage storage overnight so if you are headed for a day trip overnight, it’s an good option
