Le Tour Hotel Akihabara Ekimae Reviews

This was the first time I encountered such a bad hotel. I booked 3 nights in a row and it was non-refundable. The main reason was that I found out the wrong reservation was made an hour after placing the order and refused to refund the money. We came out of the Akihabara subway station and walked straight through a gloomy path with an overpass. There were piles of things at the door and the narrow front desk. We arrived around 12 noon and were told that we could only check in at 10 pm. Is it okay to leave the hotel early after staying for one night? The man at the front desk said arrogantly. No, four or five pairs of men and women came in and out within half an hour of the negotiation. It was suspected that they had hourly rooms, so they did not dare to continue to pester and gave up the hotel directly. Money No more. Later, my friend told me that this is a love hotel. Rooms are not available until ten o'clock in the evening, and they have hourly rooms available during the day. The most dizzying booking experience. I wouldn’t dare live there if it were given away for free. In the end, Ctrip borne half of the cost. But I still feel unhappy, which adds to the bad mood

服務人員的服務態度和對應還是可以的。 但是，但是！酒店的硬件，軟件，以及房間裏的設施和衞生狀況真的不敢相信是日本酒店！！！ 簡直沒有對比就沒有傷害😭 實話實説是目前體驗感最差的酒店，沒有之一。 感覺連歐美的小酒店都不如，關鍵是連安全感都沒有🙂↔️！ 我的房間房門竟然在安全門外的樓梯出，直沖台階，門口放着2個大大的酒店垃圾桶。 還好衹是一個晚上。太，太，太不可思議了，刷新了自己我對日本酒店的三觀。真希望攜程的人你們也去住一下，體會一下。簡直無語了😓 而且店員上來就説他們和攜程沒有合作，他們衹和Booking有合作，是Booking把酒店預訂賣給攜程的（天啦，我要知道這些幹什麼呢）

地理位置優越，出門左轉幾百米就是地鐵站，附近有便利店羅森還有本土的便利店，出酒店左轉有自動售賣機很多，接着走會有很多特色美食店，有蕎麥麪館和烤肉店，還有中華料理（一兩百米路程）。 主要在商業圈內的遊玩然後衚衕區域休息，這感覺真好呢。 前台支持國語，前台登記小夥子給我們推薦了附近美食，前台小帥哥説：“燒鳥烤串很棒啤酒300日超便宜”，很贊體驗了，真的美美噠，不過得排隊。 如果帶禮物給家人那邊也有上次，叫什麼八，挺大，很近步行足矣，前台知道。 衞生很好，洗手間一如既往那個LIXIL這個品牌衞浴。微波爐空調洗衣機都有，房間很大，還有標間（國內那樣大雙床）。

房間很大，標註的設施都俱全，我入住的房間洗衣機壞了在修。但是注意這間旅館平時是鐘點房，夜宿的checkin時間是10點，行李可以先找前台寄存。前台都是態度很好的華人，方便詢問一下問題。
