Very clean and cosy. Housekeeping is prompt and anticipative of tired guests needs. Location is centric with many metro lines conveniently accessible within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Coin washing and drying clothes available.

Comfortably located between Akihabara and Ueno. Both areas are easy to reach by just having a pleasant walk. Some metro and JR stations nearby, but not right next to the hotel. Tiny rooms (better come with small luggage). Room cleaning is not being performed everyday. There is a coin washing machine room in front of the reception. One downside was being informed at check-in about a high fee for losing the room key card. I didn't lose it, but the fee felt excessive for a plastic card and added unnecessary stress during my 10-day stay in Tokyo.

Clean hotel in a popular location and great service. It's in a convenient location, but about 10+ minute walk to the nearest subway station. No luggage storage after checkout, but there are plenty of coin lockers nearby so that wasn't a big problem.

The hotel is good, room and amenities are able to cover our activities. Howerer the location that we looked for was nearby the train station. The most important that we need to temporary keeping our luggage before checking in and after checking out.

Tq for staff so kind and helpful- giving us extra allowance to check out (we checked in almost 11.30pm and allow us checkout time 1200noon) and helping us to book 2 taxi for us

Average hotel in Tokyo. Everything is set as Japanese standard (clean, small room but everything functional) so no surprises. highly recommend LiveMax chain if you in budget

Small room, no baggage storage service in the hotel after you checked out. Because our flight at the night and we have lot of luggageโs. So we have to book one more day to store our luggage.

This hotel is pretty much close to many significant places which have saved us money for transportation. Not much on facilities - reception area is a bit small but clean.
