It was a very convenient to stay in downtown. Nearby convenience store was awesome. Front desk staffs were very kind and supportive.

Staff were friendly and easy to talk to, as they understood English. They have a lot of necessities available near the front desk if you need them, and they have a vending machine in the laundry room with two washing machines. The breakfast is different daily which is good, and the hotel was clean.

There’s a guy from Thailand super supportive super helpful very nice and kind is the best staff that I ever seen In comparison with another Japanese guy with the ponytail This guy stare at me and unfriendly way each time I’m passing by which I have no idea why 

Good hotel, although fall into the category of pay as you take. Very basic amenities provided and no water bottles provided. Room is clean but small, which is expected. Few minutes walk to Akasaka station which currently runs Harry Potter theme. Overall a good overnight stay.

Slippers are provided in the rooms, but it may not be the most comfortable quality. A mini fridge is available in the room but the temperature is not super cold. Only a few clothes hangers are provided. Do take note that if you made your booking via third party platform, the check out timing is 10am, however if you had booked directly through hotel’s website, the check out timing is 11am. Every day from 5pm to 7pm, the hotel has happy hour where you can enjoy alcohol beverages for free, but I didn’t try it so I can’t comment much.

The hotel location is good. However the layout design of the room not practical. There is no daily cleaning service. Everything we need we have to collect from the front desk. The staff overall are polite and helpful..

The room light was dim. And when i was ordering this hotel on trip.com there was hot springs(onsen) but there was not.

Small but cozy! But love it! It’s clean, location is very good near the subway and all the streets with food.

Very good. The front desk can speak Japanese, English and Chinese. The location is very convenient. The service is also very good. The tea rice for breakfast is very fragrant.
