It was my first time staying there. It was a good size and was great.

Very convenient location. Room is not clean enough. It is a bit strange that you have to keep the room key at the front desk when you are going out.

Pros- clean n comfy room, daily hse-keeping provided you pass ur room key to reception. Surrounded by bars,restaurants ,convenience stores. Very convenience. 2mins to train station. Staffs are friendly n helpful especially the guy frm Nepal ( sorry din get his name) n ms. Yang ( frm hangzhou) . The others ( the local) not so friendly n moody. Cons- WiFi not stable. They nd to work on that.

Amazing location, about 3 minutes walk from JR Sugamo Station which is along the Yamamoto line allowing easy access to all major tourist areas. Staff at the front desk are friendly. Gooddd I

The hotel is quite close to Sugamo Station (about 5 minutes walk). Staff at reception speak fluent English which helped me a lot because I do not speak Japanese at all. Room is small but tidy. Cleaning person cleaned my room and replace towels every day. Price is relatively cheap with excellent service. I would definitely consider order this hotel again when I visit Tokyo next time.

Not bad hotel. Bed a bit small for us but manageable. Location is so near to a lot of places we want to go. Some staffs understand English.

Rooms are very small and can't fit 2 people at the same time. No area for luggage. Very dusty all over the place and there's only 2 sockets for charging. Not very convenient for a long stay.

This hotel is all you need as a solo traveler. I loved the location, it’s not far from subway station (the hotel is marked even at the subway map). Easy to reach Airport Express station and popular areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was small but there was enough room for my opened suit case. The fact that this hotel has its own laundry is a huge advantage. So you could bring less cloth for your trip, just wash it there. Aircon is a blessing in the summer, but do not leave it for a night. Even on low mode it’s very powerful (i got sick because of it). Strongly recommend it. If I come to Tokyo once more, I will stay here
