Location is good for Ginza n Hibiya station by short walking. Restaurants are everywhere, little high on price if you compare some places. As for the hotel, there isn't any water dispenser along your room way. Only limit to 2 bottles for each room. There is a really massage chair in the room if you use it. Otherwise, it takes up space.

Easy check in & check out. Hotel is nice. The toilet is also quite big compared to the rest that we stayed.

The experience was not bad. There’s an effective massage chair in our room and the toiletries (shampoo, body soap and conditioner) were very nicely scented!

The staff were very helpful at the reception. Housekeeping was efficient and rooms were clean. Loved the massage chair. It helped after a long day of walking. The breakfast was pretty good too.

The location of Remm Hibiya was absolutely perfect — super convenient and easy to get around. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The room was just okay in terms of cleanliness, but the service was really disappointing, and the facilities were lacking. If all you care about is being in a great spot, it might work. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.

Conveniently located in the middle of several subway and bus stations. Yet it is just one street away from the hustle and bustle nearby so it’s fantastic. Rooms are not big but that is expected. Great service and they even managed to fit in a massage chair in the room. Definitely recommend.

Great location! Efficient and great spot for solo travellers. Breakfast buffet option has great variety. Staff are so friendly!

Room was a bit small so I didn't have enough space to fully open my suitcase (and I only had one). But room was clean with a large bed. Bathroom was very nice. There was a massage chair. 

Rainy day, asking for umbrella but the staff refused to give as I have checked out. I said I could buy it but the staff refused too! Again, my room very noisy due to facing the train railways. This was my 3rd time staying at Remm Hibiya, but I don’t think I will come again! Very bad service!

Good location but not that nearer from Tokyo station as commented. Many restaurants nearby is extremely good.

Really clean rooms and the staffs all spoke english well. and the rooms came with a massage chair.

Typical business hotel with expected amenities. Room is small but just big enough to repack a large suitcase. In the pricier side as the location is very convenient. Lot of food options nearby and very close to different rail lines.

The room is decent with a big toilet! There are at least enough places to open 2 big luggauges. What's more, it is really the location matters. The nearby is a middle to high class mall Midtown Hibiya with good food and restaurants. And it is also near Ginza / Hibiya / and it is really very convenient.
