Dirty, small, in some alley - check-in took 20 minutes of standing in line. Onsen is nothing - shame. Terrace - dirty little space with bad view.  Carpet in the room is so dirty that your feet stick

I stayed at the Ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza East and had a very positive experience. The hotel is located in Ginza, which is one of the liveliest and trendiest areas of Tokyo. There are many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions around, and transportation is good. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a cozy design, but small. The cleanliness is at a high level. The staff is very friendly and ready to help in any situation. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast. There is also a laundry service. There is a terrace and a bath complex on the top floor. A great place to stay in Tokyo. Considering the location, price range and level of service, I would definitely recommend it for tourists and business travelers. I would be happy to come back here again!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, on the edge of Ginza on a quiet street, next to the metro station. The downside is the toilet room, it is very small, reminiscent of a cabin on a ship, covered with plastic panels, which is why there is an unpleasant smell of dampness. My friend's underwear disappeared from the washing machine, the staff did not help, they said that they did not see anything suspicious
