We stayed at this resort with our family.. I would strongly recommend this place to family with kids and couples as well.. Ter is a large park and nice and neat swimming pool which makes the resort kid friendly.. Large spacious family rooms with a balcony that has an amazing dam view.. I should definitely mention about the chairman of the resort.. He greeted us so warmly and was kind enough to us that we really wanted to extend our stay with only for him.. He treated us like his own family and made sure we were comfortable enough till our check out. Over all it was an wonderful stay and an memorable experience..

We stayed in Aug23 The Rooms are not clean and the beds and pillows are full of strains, the price they are asking for stay is very high. We tolerated and stayed there, some people starts fighting against them.. asked for money back.. they refused it.. Please dont waste ur money Kindly lk out for better stay around coutralam.

This was our first visit to this town and booked into this Hotel after a review on the internet. The room rates are moderate and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But our room had no power supply socket for the refrigerator. It was surprising as to how a fridge was put on a location where there is no power supply !!! The Restaurant is well run, staff are friendly and oblige you with your requests. It was a happy time in the morning. Food was good too. The Front Office staff (a few) had NO smile on their faces. This gave you the feeling of 'un-welcome' as soon as you stepped into the Hotel. Though they gave you all the help you needed, a ”photo-flash” smile would go a long way, specially in this Hotel industry. In all other respects, this is a good place to stay. Clean, comfortable & not heavy on the purse !

Location: Excellent location, on the main road, well connected with the city and the nearest Airport and Tuticorin. Food: The provided was excellent and tasty, though no restaurant existed on the Lodge campus, the required foods were provided as room service. Amenities and Service: Excellent, not expected of from a lodge normally in the small localities like Tirunelveli.

Location, ambience, room are good. Car parking is too small compared to the number of rooms, number of party halls and the restaurant attached it. No separate space for two wheelers. should collect the vehicle no. And also the contact number of the drivers so as to rearrange the cars which were not properly parked. Suggested this to the reception staff.

I stayed in executive room. Value for Money:4/5 Facilities:(3/5) The inroom facilities were standard and they could have offered a kettle for the cost of the room The geyser in the room weren't working and I had to ask for a room swap which could have been checked in advance Staffs(4/5) The reception staffs Shanmugaraj and Iyyapa were very kind and composed. The person handling e/b and maintenance was good as well to accomodate us a quick alternate room when I had geyser problem. However the room service was very slow for every requested item In-house food:(5/5) The inhouse restaurant was very good. The food tasted absolutely fantastic. I took a la carte for breakfast and dinner and both were value for money. The resto staff Arun was very professional and accomodating. Room size and Cleanliness (5/5): The room was spacious enough and well maintained. Location(5/5) The hotel is located in 5mins distance from Tirunelveli junction though not very walkable. The hotel is close to new bus stand and has all facilities closer by Overall a great stay except for suggested room service turn around time and geyser issue
