I want to go out to the first choice, but this whole season, to be honest, not very satisfied, the room design is not very reasonable, 1.2 meters bed, is the narrowest bed I have ever lived in the whole season, no refrigerator, four bottles of water less than half. Other eight bottles of water in the whole season, the service is quite satisfactory, and there is no bad feeling, but there is no active enthusiasm and thoughtful feeling. It is business, the superior twin room booked, the off-season price is 300 nights, I feel that the price is inflated.

I lived when I first opened in 19 years. After 5 years, I came to live in Tianshui Mala Tang. The experience is still the same as before. The service is still good. I upgraded the view room for free. Although my Huazhu member has expired, I still sent a fruit plate. It is a bit far from the city, nearly 30 kilometers. I drove to the city and I was afraid that there was no place to park. I took a taxi and the taxi fare was more than 80 yuan. Others were very good. I went to eat lamb noodles specially. The fried dumplings were very delicious.

The front desk service is enthusiastic, proactive and thoughtful. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The city center is right outside, and the scenery is great. You can also take takeout upstairs, and there are cute robots delivering it. Hahaha, it's great. It's worth mentioning that their breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western food, as well as local snacks and noodle stalls. This is very good. Thumbs up 👍

It was my first time in Tianshui. Tianshui Hotel is considered a well-established hotel there. I felt it was pretty good. The lobby was magnificent. The hotel room looked good and comfortable. The bathroom did not have a water partition. The restaurant looked good and had special delicacies.

Read lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

The room is older than the photos on Ctrip. The bathroom is newer than the room. It is likely to have been renovated later. The breakfast is the best I have ever had in Tianshui. From the name of the hotel, it can be seen that they are a couple, Kelly Rose. They want to manage their hotel well. I can give them 90 points. The ladies at the front desk are very good. But they lack the training of how to treat people in a certain star hotel.
