Regarding the no-smoking sign, for non-smoking rooms, there are indeed signs prohibiting smoking. However, the room you chose allows smoking, so there is no such sign. As for the bedding issue, the hotel follows a standard process of changing bedding every three days. If you prefer to have it changed daily, please contact the hotel, and we will arrange for the staff to change it for you accordingly. We apologize again for the unpleasant experience.
