The air conditioner is wall-mounted and has heating and cooling. The software is particularly poor. There are no tissue paper, tea bags and coffee in the room, and no razors are provided. Everything is done in an attitude of saving when you can. Sound insulation: Generally, if someone in the corridor can hear, the windows are not soundproof. If a large cargo drives by, it can be heard, but a small car cannot. Value for money: low. I stayed in several hotels this time. For a small place with such facilities, no upgrade, no breakfast, and the charge of 265 is obviously very low value for money. Service: Ms. Yu Chunfeng at the front desk has a very good attitude. She will greet us warmly every time we pass by. When we leave, she will also ask us about our experience and give us disinfectant wipes. Also, there are no non-smoking rooms.

The room is clean, tidy and warm. It was my first time to come to Harbin, and the weather had just turned cold. Two handsome guys from the hotel picked me up and served me afternoon tea with fruits and hot milk. It really warmed my heart. Due to changes in my order, the hotel switched to breakfast, which was delivered to the room. It was rich in variety and nutritionally balanced. Late night snacks are also served after 10pm. All in all, this trip to Harbin was very enjoyable. Will go again in the future! If you want to go to Harbin, go to this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. I stayed at this hotel with my family. We chose one closer to the city center, but with more affordable prices. The hotel is located in a quiet area, there are few shops nearby. The room is quite spacious and cozy. There were no damages. The only thing I would like is for there to be 2 chairs in the room, since the room is designed for two people :) The beds and other bedding are very comfortable, it was comfortable to sleep! However, 王艺 was very patient and friendly, always explained in detail and clearly, using a translator or sign language 😁 When contacting her, you could always get a good answer. We wanted to extend our stay at this hotel and some difficulties arose. Then 王艺 helped us a lot, solved the problem quickly and efficiently.
