Nice clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a good location with lots to do nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn't work, luckily it wasn't too hot yet, but the room still got quite warm.

I stayed with my children on the weekend and received free breakfast. The hotel has a beautiful interior environment. Piano music is played in the lobby and the atmosphere is elegant. There are two subway lines nearby and transportation is convenient. Wanda Restaurant is opposite and is very convenient. It is a good accommodation experience.

I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!

It was too late to go shopping in Florence Town, so it was great to stay at the Holiday Inn nearby. The service staff at the front desk, security, restaurant, and corridor all greeted us with a smile. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and sanitary, with complete facilities and details. Especially the environment, both inside and outside the hotel were very satisfactory. The small river behind the hotel was renovated into a wetland park, with fresh air. It was refreshing to get up early and walk there. This is a very cost-effective hotel, worth recommending.

I sincerely appreciate you could upgrade the room. I will continue to use your hotel whenever I visit Tianjin. I expected to enjoy swimming, however, there were many kids having a lesson in the swimming pool. So, I couldn’t enjoy swimming this time. I hope I could enjoy at the next opportunity. In addition, I liked the sandwich in the breakfast. However, I noticed the sandwich menu was disappeared this time. I hope the menu will be back someday again.
