I feel like cheated because I  booked two room, City facing with bathtub, but they provided me one without without bath tub, both without City facing, and one room was very small in  lower category Hotel is very good swimming. Pool indoor was not working and not informed by property to Website.

Day give me room wedaot windows vree small room. Wed bad smell now air .I didn't sleep at night. In the morning I go to the ricpjcn and I paid extra money to move too anhder room wed windows.

Very disppinted to find our i was double charged twice for the same room and your hotel managment did not agree to cancel the charges, I will deffinatly not come back again after this.

The hotel is great, welcoming staff, clean, excellent location, quality and tasty food. We will return in the future and stay there.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. We booked the premium king room, nice and warm, cosy for the winter nights in December. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were super clean and room service was very fast. Highly recommend to all.

I booked king bed room but they made two twin beds as king bed which was uncomfortable. They made very interesting bathroom design which was not suitable for many people especially for elderly ones .

It was fine

The old building room is small and old. It was very cold because the window wasn't fully closed and the smell of cigarettes kept coming in. The heater was not warm. It was not satisfactory for the price. The only things I was satisfied with were breakfast and the lobby.

A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price. Breakfast was excellent. For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Not all the amenities listed on Trip.com were provided. Breakfast and pool/sauna were great.

The hotel has an excellent location and the hotel room facilities are very good. If you can accept the price, it is a good choice; Pay attention to the fixed price of airport taxis in the airport hall, and there is an invoice.

I happened to pass by and the hotel looked good, so I canceled my original reservation and stayed there. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant interior is luxurious. The room was in good condition, but there was a bit of noise because it was close to the road. I went because they said the swimming pool was open until 12 o'clock. I was a little taken aback when I heard that it would finish at 11:30 while I was using it. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.
