The service was excellent and the hotel was very clean. We were very satisfied with three of the five rooms we booked, but two of them smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This was partly our fault for not requesting a room change sooner. My parents didn't know they could change rooms and didn't inform us about the smoke until they returned late. So they just had to make do with the room for one night. It's also very close to Hetou Old Street and Tangshanyan.

The front desk service was very enthusiastic. The hotel had just opened. I was going to give a good review, but when I came down for breakfast, I found that there was no rice to eat, not even eggs. I took a shower before checking out and found that there was no hot water. I contacted the front desk and was told that they were repairing. Although they said that they would delay check-out, I was speechless the whole time.
