The hotel location can also be next to a small river and then downtown. Although it is the city center but there is nothing to eat and no shopping malls, but the hotel is nice. I always enjoy my stays at the Embassy Suites! The room was remarkably clean, everything worked properly, the comfort level was great & this location was close to the majority of places I wanted to visit. The only small downside was that the amenities that I enjoy the most were unavailable due to the pandemic; namely, the Breakfast & Cocktail Hour. Overall, I’d still say it was a great stay!

The hotel is relatively new. The breakfast is okay. It's not too much, but it's okay. There are more fruits. Tampa is not very warm in winter. The room needs heating, so it's okay to turn on the heater.

The first stop when arriving in this city is the hotel in the center of the airport. I watched the city's promotional video introducing this hotel. It is colorful and exciting. The airport is small and cute, the design is tasteful and beautiful. The hotel is directly connected to the airport, which is convenient. The lobby is simple. There are no tennis courts where we originally planned to play, the swimming pool is being repaired, and the water park is fenced off. The room has a sense of age. High-priced breakfast, not the buffet in the picture, super simple take-out breakfast. No water provided. Pictures and information are truly for reference only. The hotel's super high price is really too high.

The ceilings were very low. The property was VERY dark inside. Access to the pool was VERY awkward (if not, a little scary). There was a bar at the pool but it was not open. No where to get food or drinks.

Really handy for TPA having arrived from the UK. Rooms are a decent size, however the sofa bed was not made up when we went to our room. Disappointingly when we went down to reception to mention this we were told that we would have to make the bed up ourselves. Never in all of our travels have we ever been told such a rediculous thing. We we challenged this again, the reception staff finally relented and sent housekeeping to make up the bed.

It is relatively close to the airport and is clean and hygienic. However, the door lock is not easy to use. It is still an old-fashioned card. It is recommended to replace it with a new one.

I must share this experience with everyone, be vigilant! ⚠️ Brand is considered top-notch in Hyatt, but the service we receive has never been worse! 1) Arrive at the airport first. When booking a hotel, I chose a hotel close to the airport. When I called the hotel, I said arrogantly: We don’t have a shuttle bus. You can take Uber yourself. Complain to Ctrip, saying that it may be a guarantee, and wait until the last day to check out; 3) There are people excitedly calling friends in the corridor at 2-3 o'clock in the middle of the night. On the day the bank froze, Ctrip notified that the agent replied that there were several debits that were wrong. 🤑 Therefore, don't be afraid of the big shop bullying customers! Find a more authoritative one (this is the only way to deal with Americans, whoever insists on talking!) In the follow-up, I chatted with my friends and said that Hyatt is like this!
