Great location, next to train station and ferry terminals. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. I stayed in a cabin, and it was fine for an overnight stop. The bed was comfortable. The common area has a microwave, fridge, kettles, a selection of teas that you can make in a pot, bottled water and complementary treats. The hotel offered a free voucher for a nearby onsen, which looked lovely, but I did not visit it. The hotel also stored my luggage after checkout while I visited Naoshima. It's a little pricey for a cabin, but I was very happy with my stay.

Very nice option for anyone traveling to Naoshima. Right next to the pier and Uno station. It's especially great if you get more budget rooms, as you still get all the amenities while not breaking the bank. They have partner onsen right next to the hotel, in like 100 meters walking distance, inclusive in your stay, which is very nice, though it was a bit overcrowded due to the holidays. The set breakfast is also worth it and is great. May be having a decent coffee/cappuccino option would be improvement, though.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a mixed experience that travelers should be aware of. Firstly, the breakfast was outstanding. The variety was great, making for a delightful start to each day. However, my stay was marred by an issue with the advertised 24-hour help desk. At check-in, I was assured that assistance would be available at any time. Unfortunately, when I needed help late at night, no staff could be reached. This lack of support was frustrating and left me without the assistance I required. Overall, while the breakfast here is a definite highlight, the reliability of their 24-hour help desk needs improvement. Future guests should be aware of this potential shortfall when planning their stay.

Modern with everything one needs other than a lot of space and the size issue just calls for some Japanese efficiency! Microwave downstairs. Wonderful front desk service. My new favourite hotel in downtown Osaka!

I had an issue with my email which it meant the hotel was double booked by myself (I.e. booked 2 nights in 2 different rooms for one person). The moment this was highlighted to me and we agreed it was a genuine issue, the team manager agreed that they would wave the cancelation fees waived. To only find out when I left that they told trip.com not to do it, therefore they have charged me for 4 nights when I stayed two!! They are greedy people and it seems they are also liars which is a shame. Furthermore, the cabins have a very loud ventilation / AC system that does not let you sleep. It took me a long time to fall sleep and woke me up multiple times - its so loud the ear plugs aren't any good. Very bad nights of sleep there.

Great hotel to stay. Super value for money. Free onsen was fantastic.

Perfection

Apart from the high price and small rooms, this hotel is really great. 1. First of all, one space is equipped with 8 cabins, which greatly reduces the discomfort of multiple people entering and exiting, and also provides better concealment. 2. I happened to meet a service staff who could speak Chinese, which made the interaction more friendly and comfortable. 3. The space decoration cleverly integrates the blue dyeing style, which makes it more artistic and leisurely. 4. During your stay, you can enter and exit the Setouchi Onsen as many times as you like, which is a 3-minute walk away. They also provide warm jackets. Even on your check-out day, you can enter before noon and use the hot spring until the end of business hours, making it a leisurely bathing experience. 5. Five kinds of brewed original leaf tea and puff pastries are available in the public space. 6. The taste of breakfast may not be amazing, but it is definitely filling! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are going to island hopping in Naoshima or Teshima to stay for a night and slowly experience the beautiful scenery and atmosphere of the Seto Inland Sea.

It's been a while since I stayed alone, and this was the first time I stayed in a separate room. When I arrived, I was surprised to see a man coming out of the same room as me! I checked with the front desk and found out that I had booked a women-only room, but it turned out I had booked a mixed room. However, there was no snoring and everyone was sleeping quietly. Since the room had no windows, I felt like I couldn't ventilate the room without keeping the ventilation fan running all the time, so I couldn't turn it off. Maybe because I had taken a bath in the hot spring at Tama no Yu next door, it was hot at night and I was sweating even though it was February. The toilet and shower room are shared, so I had to carry my card key with me at all times, so I was careful not to forget it. You can choose your breakfast time from 7:00, 8:00, or 9:00. On the fourth Sunday of every month, there is morning yoga from 6:20 in the morning, and guests can participate for free, so I participated. It was cold, but it felt good. If you enter Tama no Yu by 12:00 the next day, you can enjoy it until the evening, so you can take your time. Although the shower room has separate entrances for men and women, the inside is separated by a partition, which was a bit odd. There was a washroom in the shower room, so I used it, but I didn't use the shower room because I went to the hot spring. Tama no Yu is 100 meters away from the door near the guest room, so I was worried that I might catch a cold after a bath at this time of year, but there was a coat provided by the hotel at the entrance. I wore my own down jacket. The shared freezer refrigerator in the sharing spot has complimentary cream puffs. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly, and I was able to relax comfortably. I enjoyed the elegant atmosphere by myself.

The hotel overall is clean, quiet and relaxing. It is very close to Uno Port and is an excellent hotel for island hopping. In addition, a hot spring coupon will be given as a gift. After the exhausting island hopping, you can soak in the hot spring and the tired feeling of the whole day will disappear. I will choose to stay at UNO Hotel next time I come back.

I stayed here alone. You can see it immediately to the left when you get off the station. It's very close! This time, I stayed in a separate type room for women only. The partition is made of cloth, so you need to be careful about noise, but it closes securely with a magnet so there is plenty of private space. The shared shower and sink were very clean and I was very satisfied! You can also get a voucher for the nearby hot spring facility, Tama no Yu, so you can take a bath there until 12:00 the next day. (It closes at 22:00 so I missed it...) In the common area, there is all-you-can-eat water and ice cream puffs. The service was very good, with sencha tea and other amenities. I would like to use it again if I come to Uno.

The hotel is at the entrance of Uno Alley, 10 minutes walk away. I came from Takamatsu by train and happened to be going to Shodoshima. It turned out that there was a fast boat going directly, so I didn't have to go back to Takamatsu Port and didn't have to take a detour.

It's a convenient location.
