We stayed at the resort for two nights with the all inclusive package and had a blast. Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable. The check in was smooth and the staff really polite and service minded, We booked the standard room but the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger deluxe room as we had requested to be as close to the sea as possible. We were so happy with the upgrade. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a large bathroom with a huge bathtub. The view was really nice and you could hear the waves from the beach in the morning and evenings. Perfect for me, my partner and our 2-year old. If we would return, we would book the deluxe room for sure. The breakfast had everything you could wish for and more. On top of that, the surrounding in the breakfast restaurant felt calm and relaxing so we could really enjoy our breakfast. We liked the gym. It was small but very nice and clean with everything you need. It was open 24/7 which we appreciate. The all inclusive package was worth every penny. The food was delicious and we especially loved the little coffee shop by the reception area. The staff there were really polite and sweet. During sunset we sat by the beachbar and enjoyed the stunning scenery with a glass of ice cold sparkling wine. We saw a few restaurants and massage houses close to the resort but never made a visit since we had the all inc. package.

First the pros: delicious varied breakfasts, very high quality bed linen and towels, the staff is very responsive. Now the cons: the hotel is very tired, the furniture in the deluxe is very old. Results: for this kind of money, there are much better hotels nearby.

The hotel in Khao Lak town is so beautiful. The check-in is very smooth, the environment is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. I booked a two-bedroom villa. The living room is a bit small, and the own swimming pool is not big, but it is just right for children to play. After playing, they can jump directly to the beach to play. The beach is private to the hotel and very quiet. The hotel children's playground is not available, but it is full of good quality wooden toys that can be played for a long time. I don't know why it closes at 5 o'clock. The breakfast variety is not rich, but it is very delicate. There are not many adult activities in the hotel. Muay Thai is recommended. The bicycle (paid) tour is average and not recommended. The disadvantage is that the water temperature of the villa's swimming pool is low. There is shade in the morning but the water is cold. It is super sunny between 10-4 o'clock and you can't go into the water. Then the refrigerator and bathroom are not replenished in time every day. I am not very satisfied with this price. The leftovers were left at the door one night. No one took them away the next morning. A big lizard was attracted. I was scared to death.

It takes an hour to drive from the airport. We rented a car and there was no traffic on the road. There are no large shopping malls nearby, so you can consider going to the surrounding area for massage. The service is very good. When you check in, they will take the initiative to sit next to you to go through the formalities. They will also take the initiative to say hello when they meet at other times. Most of the people staying in the hotel are Europeans and Americans, and there is no discrimination. The hotel room is very new, but not very large, and the balcony swimming pool is very clean. The package is a seaside swimming pool room, so you can only see part of the sea view, which will be blocked by the house outside. Stayed for three nights. There is no need to get up early in the morning. It is very convenient to go to Similan and Surin. The room with direct access to the swimming pool is a favorite of the children. They can jump into the swimming pool at any time. The tomahawk steak at Drift is also great.

Very peaceful and quiet. Good for a couple retreat. The food is generally catered to foreigners but the staff are willing to cook to suit your taste preferences. The restaurant staff are very attentive and good.
