Hotel facility and room is very nice. Modern, Big and clean. The only down side is location which is quite far from center and also far from convenice store.

This is a popular hotel in Takayama, welcoming many domestic and foreign visitors. There is ample parking space, but you have to pay ¥800 for parking overnight. The breakfast buffet can be added on for ¥1000 per person. The staff at front desk spoke good English. There was a welcome drink coupon which you could use it for beer or a soft drink at the bar, which is totally self-service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, comes with a shower and nice equipment. The onsen is located on the top floor, and for the private onsen it is on a first come first serve basis, you just need to lock it and enjoy the facility. It is family friendly, and visitors can help themselves to a popsicle after having a bath. Amenities such as combs, soap, shampoo, bath robes are provided, you can take it at the lobby.

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast very nice too. Provide car park just beside the hotel with JPY800 per day.

The room is clean and onsen was great ! The only require to improve is provide some hot beverage specially in cold weather .

The receptionist provides excellent service, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is diverse, and there is an onsen and parking available.

We found our Superior Twin Room spacious and comfortable. Beautiful furnishings in the room. We had a great time with the family bath. The self-serviced roast marshmallow on 1/F was a nice surprise. We loved that. The breakfast provided a wide selection including some local dishes. Great stuff.

The hotel is nice. It offers a welcome drink for guests and there us a seating area at the lobby where guests can chitchat there . The breakfast area is a little bit small and sometimes guests need to wait for awhile for getting seats. It is quite close to the Frespo Takayama outlet where there are Uniqlo, a sports store, V Drug pharmacy and Aoki shop. When we returned to the hotel at night, the street was quiet and there were not many street lights.

The hotel is in a good location, easy to travel, good hotel service and a variety of breakfast.

A little bit of walking from station. Hotel is good value for room size and services. Breakfast is reasonably good. It is great that hotel has onsen and also private onsen.

Hotel was modern and nice. Overcrowded with tourists who are not very hygienic as tourists groups do patronise the hotel quite abit. Location was great!

A hotel with Hot Spring in Nogoya is not really popular. But this hotel provides the hot spring and sauna, yet still far from expectations of a natural hot spring from Fuji.

Location is convenient. The staff is helpful. I really enjoy to stay at this hotel.
