Taitung Luye Township 5-star Hotels

1. Service staff, some are very good, some cannot treat customers well, it feels like there is no training. 2. The hotel's top management is terrible. They abuse their privileges and ask customers to abide by the rules, but they can break the rules for their friends. The top management does not know that customers are important in supporting the survival of their business. How can they ask employees to provide good service in this way?

It's very clean and very close to the station. It's worth checking out. I'll introduce friends to stay here if I have the chance.

Moon villa is a good place to stay if you need to be near the train station. The rooms are clean and simple. The host was friendly and did her best to communicate with me in English. I did stand outside for 30 min waiting for someone to let me in, and had to get my Taiwanese friend to call to tell them I was there. The breakfast was good, if you are vegan there are less options available. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Just next to Taitung Railway Station, walk there.

Excellent! I don't know where to start. Everything was perfect, what you would expect from a place to stay and feel at home with perfect clealiness and comfort. So here in addition the things that makes its special: Super friendly and helpful staff, free bicycles, 5 mins from the main station, you have three little boxes at the bathroom containing cotton swabs, dental floss and sanitary pad. The breakfast was excellent, everyone gets an egg to prepare it by your own how you like it in the kitchen, different jams/spreads, a toaster, orange juice and of course coffee and tea. Also excellent: There is cooking oil, salt and pepper and even knifes in the kitchen. It sounds strange, but these are not very common in hostels. Everything is well organised, from check-in to all infos you may need in the hostel or around the area. I met great other traveler and the hostel offers a very good environment to socialize in the common spaces. The only tiny thing which I missed is just a towel, some hostel have it, some don't. One of the best hostels on my travels. It is a 6/5!

The homestay is very comfortable, the room is large, bright and comfortable. The eldest brother is very good and provided a lot of small suggestions for our journey. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the homestay to Taitung Station, and it is very convenient to go to other places.

我都稱呼台東車站旁邊為「民俗村」，因為裡面整條街都是民宿，在民宿村裏面的一家小民宿，雖然不是很起眼，不過有停車場加分。 在這個附近的民宿住了幾次，每次都換家，價格都差不多，品質也都不錯，只是這次比較累的是爬四樓，二樓是冰箱，一樓有加熱區域，設施基礎配備不錯，茶包跟咖啡比較普通些，沒有提供零食（民宿區的大多數都會提供一些點心或包子）不過也沒有特別失望，只是住很多次的比較下來，想到這裡就寫一下。 隔音比較差一點點，走路都滿大聲的，因為強制換室內拖，不合腳就走路啪啪響，四樓去一樓裝水，啪的整樓都聽得到，然後端水上去又再啪一次，我都覺得很不好意思，或許以後可以考慮改成靜音拖鞋。 網路很棒，環境不錯，不過窗簾不是遮光，白天五點就被太陽叫醒，這是最大的缺點。其他的沒有得挑剔，服務好又乾淨便宜，有停車格，以民宿村的比分來說，有80分。 如果可以在客人入住前10分鐘幫忙開一下冷氣，會更感恩，冷氣有點小，吹了很久才涼，有風扇補助，但入房還是全身汗。 折扣下來不到一千元，這些小問題也都是提一下，但並不是多嚴重的，還是很值得推薦的！
