It would be better to clearly inform customers that they can choose whether to add extra money or not. But overall, the staff are friendly and responsive. As for small insects, I personally can accept it. The room is considered tidy if there are no small insects. Small insects only appear in the corridors. After all, it is a rural and mountainous area~ In addition, the sound insulation is not very good. You can still clearly hear the next door chatting until 3 in the morning. The room has basically all the equipment except for the refrigerator (it is clearly stated on the booking website that it is available 😂), but the impact is not big.
