The hotel is in a great location, close to Shilin market and the Jian Tan MRT. The rooms were also very comfortable, with great amenities. The service attitude of the staff is cold and lacking. While they are professional, they do not appear willing to serve or assist. The check-in time of 4 pm is also very late, and they are not flexible. The early check-out at 11 amis also too early. The hotel gym is tiny at the basement carpark, equipment were also basic and lacking.

Room had a glaring emergency exit casting a bright green light when all lights are off. Breakfast was great. Location is walkable to main station but maybe not with a lot of baggage. We extended our stay when our flight was rescheduled due to typhoon so we stayed in the hotel pretty much the entire day during the typhoon. It's safe.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tango Xinyi. The rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my visit. We reached too early although we knew the check in timing is at 4pm. The ladies at the reception is kind to check us in earlier when they saw us resting in the lobby. We took a nap before heading out in the evening. Thanks for being so accommodating! Very much appreciated. Enjoyed our stay at the tango hotel taipei linsen for a week. Room is clean, bed is comfy except for the soft pillows (personal preference). They even has a few washing machine and dryer for guest to wash their clothes. They provided umbrellas in the lobby for guest to use in case of rain. Location wise, walkable distance to taipei main station and shandao temple station. Will choose to stay here again when we are back.

First of all, the service staff are very good. The location of the hotel is indeed very convenient. It is right after Zhongshan No. 3. However, the hotel is quite old and the various hardware facilities are not good enough. For example, the bedside tables and lampshades in the room were very dusty. I originally booked a room with a massage bathtub, but when the massage function was turned on, two massage water pressure boxes fell out. The smart toilet sensor was not very good. I only stayed for one night and the room card still needed to be run. After running up and down and resetting twice, I felt that I could enter the room smoothly. Also, there is not even a USB charging plug in the room, which is really inconvenient.

Great bathroom and a washing machine You can get a toothbrush, razor, high quality soap, comb and replenished every day for free. You have a telly on the wall next to the bathtub, you can watch a local TV while bathing. There's a washing machine on the balcony, so you don't have to carry many clothes.
