Didn’t plan to stay at this hotel but it turned out to be very comfortable at an easy location. The staff were friendly and kind. The sunken bath was interesting and the hotel character was actually the rice biscuit company’s. I had a pleasant stay during the typhoon weather. Breakdown was also satisfying.

Although it is an old hotel, it is very clean and the service is attentive. The air-conditioning is very strong and the sound is slightly louder; the picture quality and sound quality of the TV are slightly poor; the breakfast is a set meal with rich content, but the items are the same every day. Close to the business district and MRT station, life is very convenient. There is free parking, but no longer in the same building. It is recommended to unload luggage before parking.

Super good location , very very near to subway station . Easy reach to 7Eleven , Family Mark n restaurants. Check in counter was very congested with luggages pending collection by guests. Breakfast was reasonably spreads with Chinese foods and breads.

Overall, room is clean, service is good, location is strategic with direct access to public transport. Service can be improved where they initially assigned a standard room size equipped with superior double bed to us who reserved a superior double room. Unfortunately we have to stay a night in the assigned room before shifting to the intended room. Photos below are the initially assigned room where it is different from the pictures shown on Trip.com for superior double room. Overall, it is still a good hotel.

The same excellent service and hospitality as the first time I was here in the late 80s when it was still the iconic Lai Lai Sheraton. The train station is beside hotel,very convenient. There is convenience shop nearby also. The room is consider big! We booked a room for 3 pax, there is still large space for us to walk and put luggage. The shower and toilet bowl area is separated, so when you use toilet bowl area it is dry. A very nice design. The vanity area to dress up is very large also. Love the big space that given. Great thing about this hotel, it has Starbucks in their building! I will definitely recommend my friends & family to stay here.

Convenient location, near to Ximending. There is washer (TWD70) and dryer (TWD50), detergent (TWD10) available. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Breakfast choices were acceptable and nice. Overall a great place to stay for a short trip. If you have an early morning flight, can request from the reception desk to book a taxi. The taxi fare from the hotel to the airport costs around TWD1,200-1,400, journey is around 35minutes.

Very convenient location with good amenities and restaurant nearby. Xiaonanmeng Mrt station within 8-10mins walk to hotel. 1 station away from Ximending and Chang Kai Sek Memorial Hall. McDonald's and Decathlon opposite hotel. Service staff are very polite and attentive. Special mention to Ms Vivien who was seen attending to guests at morning buffet breakfast and serving food when the serving staff were occupied.
