Hotel Initial Hotels in Tainan

I was shocked by the external appearance of the hotel; it looks like an old residential building. The room is big enough for two people, and it’s super clean and comfortable! There is a supermarket just downstairs, which is very convenient.

It is about a 7-minute walk from Tainan Railway Station. Although Tainan has a lot of undulating terrain, if you consider this as a city feature, it actually doesn't feel inconvenient. The location of this hotel is very good. It is within a 10 to 20-minute walk from the main tourist attractions, making it very convenient for itinerary arrangements. Please note that there are limited hours when the counter is manned. Please be especially careful if you arrive outside of service hours as the main door is automatically locked and check-in may be inconvenient. The room itself is very clean. Although it doesn't have many facilities, it has basically everything you need. The only downside was the bathroom didn't drain very well. The shower curtain was too short, so the floor next to the toilet got wet when I showered. And if you lay out the bathroom mat in advance, it will easily get wet before you use it. I hope that some improvements can be made in the ground slope design in the future.

The hotel with draft beer is really recommended. It has convenient transportation and is close to tourist attractions, making it very suitable for tourists to stay. The room was simple and clean, but the air conditioner was very noisy and the air outlet was blowing towards the bed, which was not very comfortable. When I was taking a shower, I found that the shampoo bottle was empty. Fortunately, I contacted the front desk and they came to refill it immediately.

The staffs are friendly and it’s close to Guo Hua Rd which have a lot of food to offer. However, the soundproof is not good, as I can hear someone’s coughing in the night, and there’s loud noise of water of the drain. There’s some sort of machine/engine sound running all night as well. The room only have downright, which is not bright enough.

Chosen this hotel as it was recommended in xiaohongshu. Wasn't disappointed with the quality of the hotel. Only the fact that if would to walk from train station will need around 15 minutes. Other than that price is competitive

The location is excellent, and they offer a contracted parking service where you pay a one-time fee for unlimited in-and-out access. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and a plaza nearby, perfect for kids to run around. It's also just a ten-minute walk to Garden Night Market, making it super convenient. The room was a bit on the small side, and the soundproofing wasn't ideal. The refrigerator wasn't cooling at all, which was a major downside since keeping food chilled is essential in summer, and it had a damp smell when opened. Despite these issues, the overall experience was still positive.
