Love this place and the friendly owner/staffs, they provide us additional cup noodles in case the shops nearby close early due to New Year countdown celebration. They have been very patience with my queries as well and friendly to share what we can do in tainan also. it's a special vintage design room with spiral staircase up to the bed with TV. Not very soundproof since its a historic building. Lights can be controlled from the top as well. Toilet does not come with a door but there's curtain and bindings to roll down when in use. Location is pretty near Mazu Temple and guangong temple for people who want to visit and walkable distance of 10 to 15mins to Shen Nong Street. Do visit hayashi department store which is also walkable from the stay and it's the first departmental store in TaiNan which I heard, it sells many interesting stuffs.

The stairs are really steep 🤣 It was also complained by friends that it was the stairs that the fire brothers climbed, but it is really novel and you can live and watch it. Personally, I tend to want to go to the toilet at night, and the stairs are much more difficult than I imagined. Summary: The space is cool but small, the stairs are steep, the bed is good for sleeping, the sound insulation is really not that good but it doesn't affect much, the TV can be moved, it's great 👍🏻 The hair dryer is very small but super hot, roughly like this! The boss is very kind~

房間是上下夾層設計，有樓梯上下都要小心點走！廁所是布廉式的沒有門！但緊臨台南市區各步行景點！吃東西逛街都很方便！

蚊蟲很多 旅館有提供電蚊拍跟防蚊的東西 房間很多角落都有蜘蛛絲 連睡覺頭上的木頭樑柱邊角像是很久沒打掃 都長蜘蛛絲了@@ 有可能是樓中樓的關係 冷氣在二樓噴有二樓比較涼 一樓就算開很大也是覺得很熱

乾淨舒適，第二次來台南還是選這間正興民宿，剛好遇到寒流，洗澡水夠熱，水壓很夠，完美，房東很親切，走出門就是蝸牛巷，散步還有氣氛，下次來台南還是會選這間

整個小巧可愛，很溫馨，熱水很足夠 床很舒服，很好睡 但隔音比較差跟樓中樓的樓梯比較窄不適合小孩老人 住宿整體感受很好！ 人員雖然是遠距離服務但態度很好也說明清楚 地點沒辦法挑剔就是很熱鬧的地方！

自助入住，需要打電話和房東聯絡，會詳細介紹各種設施，布置也很溫馨，房間除了樓梯有點陡走下來要比較小心

民宿靠近孔廟、赤崁樓。因對路段不熟悉，尋路時走錯路但看到不少古蹟（小確幸）。 民宿轉角處有辛巴克、麥當勞、政大書城、九乘九文具店；便利商店需行走約5分鐘，有點距離。 民宿內部入口處長廊，約兩人肩並肩進出寬度，隔音不是很好，會聽到隔壁稍大音量的說話聲。房間內有小氣窗。 熱水出水很快，水溫，水壓穩定。 傳說中的樓梯可成為打卡景點，真的很筆直；爬上去或下樓梯時會自主小心。 民宿位於小巷子內，計程車停車不太方便。 整體來說滿意，與價格相符。

待客親切，服務態度優良，飯店整體舒適，周邊地區繁華熱鬧，環境安全及衞生，房內整體分樓中樓，乾濕分離.

地方比較小， 是舊建設所限，沒有辦法，但建議多加設施讓住客放雜物。 淋浴噴頭問題比較大， 冷熱很難控制， 要不是超冷就是超熱， 我們帶小孩的很難處理。 其他問題不大
