The hotel is new, clean and the staff is very helpful. Location is convenient, walking distance to Shengnong street. Nice area for photo taking.

Good location.

Lv Xingfu is conveniently located in the West Central District, close to Shenlong Street and Guohua Street. It takes 1 hour by taxi to Kaohsiung Airport and costs around NT$1,500. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to Hayashi Department Store, and there are 7-11, FamilyMart and PX Supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient. The room is a king-size bed room. There is no view on the lower floors. It faces the outer wall of the opposite building, so the room is relatively dark. I think this is not good and points will be deducted.

The hotel is in a good location, suitable for exploring the ancient city of Tainan, and there are bicycles available for rent. You still need to take a taxi from the train station, which costs about 120 yuan. The guest rooms are very well designed and the bathroom space is well configured, but the water on the 8th floor is too small, making it very inconvenient to take a shower!

The location is very good and convenient. There is Quanlianfu and a convenience store downstairs. The family room we stayed in was large, very neat and clean. I will stay here again next time I come to Tainan.

The breakfast box provided by the hotel this morning comes with a bowl of white porridge. The combination of dishes is visually rich and delicious. It feels like taking an airplane flight, except that the origin and calories of the ingredients are not provided.

There were no rooms available when we arrived, so we had to wait for nearly two hours. The reason given was that they were still cleaning. After negotiating compensation and indicating that we did not need a delayed check-out the next day, the compensation we received was still a delay of the same length of time as the current delay, or we could cancel the order and stay somewhere else. It's ridiculous lol. After half an hour of negotiation, they offered to upgrade our room type. However, we originally booked a room with a balcony, but we were moved to a room without a balcony and with a tin window when we opened it. It really felt like they were making a fool of us. The front desk clerk showed no sincerity throughout the whole process and didn't think he was in the wrong. Finally, we had to contact Ctrip platform to resolve the issue, but Ctrip platform only gave us some compensation and the hotel did not take any remedial measures. The time for traveling in Tainan was short to begin with, and the whole afternoon was wasted on this trivial matter. I am speechless 😓

The hotel facilities are very clean. Although the sound insulation is not good, it is worth the money. The decoration is very textured and the building materials used are also of a very high standard. The location is not to mention the superb location in the Central and Western District, within walking distance to Shennong Street and Guohua Street

Basically overall good, especially the hotel staff are polite and friendly, but there is another strange place is the Wi-Fi problem, you have to turn on the TV to activate Wi-Fi, I think this aspect needs to be improved

The hotel is in a great location! Shennong Street and Guohua Street are both nearby, and many famous snacks are within walking distance, making it a great choice for street shopping! I like the room style and the facilities are very clean. Recommend!
